I want to shout out the young man that helped me Sunday 9/22 evening . My low tire pressure came on my dash . I went to Cumberland farms ( my son was away and highly recommended said they are all helpful ) .. as I walked in a young man Asked if I needed any help with anything .. I told him my car is reading low tire pressure and I am not sure how to use the air pump . He immediately said I can help you ! I was I was so grateful ! Cumberland is very lucky to have this young man as well as the customers. Thank you again !!!

The Weatogue Cumberland Farms gas prices tend to be better than others in town I've never had to wait for a pump. The staff is friendly and attentive. The store and restrooms are clean. The prices are fair considering the convenience factor. Can't think of any needed improvements .

Huge gas station with plenty of pumps available. They have free air available which very helpful. They offer the cheapest gas in town, especially if you join their rewards program. It's 10 cents off per gallon! Plus plenty of free goodies on occasion. Highly recommend!

Go there often for coffee. The girls; Brittany, Sarah and Asia, give me excellent service. When the coffee machines were down, they prepared my coffee perfecto. My only issue is with exact change. If they, Cumberland Farms, don't have change to give me, then how can I give exact change when I don't have any? First time in 75 years of existence I've experienced something like this😨!!!!!

Went to put air in my tires, did not know the pump is broken (no signage that said it was) so when I thought it was pumping in air, it actually was just taking readings while letting air OUT of my tire instead. Became completely flat. The employee there was NOT helpful at all, told me that there "was nothing he could do" and that the machine is serviced by a company in MA. Had to sit there in the lot for an hour waiting for my own Roadside Assistance to come and help me. Meanwhile the employee saw me STILL THERE in the lot 40 min later, and never once came over to offer help or apologize or do anything. Will not be returning to this place

Stopped here to fill up while enjoying the summer evening among the hills of Simsbury. I received far and beyond the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. I only wish I was exaggerating. I strongly recommend steering clear until management changes.

I don't get why people are saying the workers are sketchy. Just because that one skinny guy has neck tattoos? All of the employees there are extremely hard working and friendly
