I was brought to the ER via ambulance due to a Head injury. I was very impressed with the service I received from a very competent staff (Clerical & Medical). Within 3 hours, I was medically evaluated by two physicians and nurses, had a CT Scan of the Head to rule-out any internal bleeding, and received 5 stitches for my laceration with no pain. I then met with a ER Social Worker who provided additional valuable assistance. From admission to discharge. I was treated with respect and professionalism. Thank You C.W. Young/Bay Pines Medical Center ER.

This E.R. is absolutely the best I've ever been to. My wife drove three hours to get me to Bay Pines because she knew I would be taken care of. My condition was extremely painfull. We arrived about 8:30 pm. As soon as we got there I was seen by a physician. The entire staff was super polite and compassionate. Their knowledge of my condition made me very comfortable. I was so happy that I chose Bay Pines. I was admitted to floor 3D. I cannot tell you enough about what a great experience it was to be treated by such a professional group of people who genuinely cared about my condition.

I cannot praise the medical staff enough. I was seen early in the morning on December 31st 2024 and the off going shift and oncoming shift were both professional, helpful, and kind. Even while dealing with a verbally abusive veteran that was quite literally screaming at everyone at the top of his lungs they were professional to both him and everybody else when it would have been extremely easy to be upset. I seriously cannot understate how thankful I am for the entire staff and the way they handled everything. I was seen quickly and informed of everything that was going on. I would recommend this ER to any veteran that needs emergency care.

I am not the patient, just family of that brought them in. The male nurse they have coming to call people from the waiting room clearly does not want to be here. We should do better for the people who served our country. At least hire people who can pretend to be decent humans. The patients definitely do not want to be here either and the attitude is unnecessary from the staff member. Fiance just text me and said his bedside manner is horrid as well.

Most unprofessional and lazy medical staff you'll ever meet. Horrible customer care..They truly hire the lowest medical personnel in the industry!! Bay pines is just a Horrible place to be in!
