Overall very good Days Inn. We had a non-smoking King room and it was clean, smelled good, very spacious. Large bathroom counter, plenty of soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

We had a pet. And dog walking space was plentiful.

Generous breakfast with eggs, sausage. Bagels, yogurt, biscuits and gravy.

Right across the parking lot, so an easy walk to a grocery store and a pizza restaurant.

Plenty of open parking if you are towing a trailer.

The only con, we arrived early (1:30pm) and now understand that there is a strict no early check-in policy. We understand that, but we were treated very poorly about it. That staff person was rude, pointing to the 3pm check-in sign, and telling us to leave and come back after 3, but everyone else was super nice.

Traveling from Texas and wanted to rest and felt like bugs were crawling on us in the bed and didn't even sleep in bed. Went to take shower and no hot water. Faucets broken. Security lock for door was broken. Noise level from above was horrible and nails were putruding out of ceiling. Felt like someone was going to go through. Breakfast wasn't opened at time they stated. Felt dirty staying there.

I stayed at this location five nights last week. The stay was pleasant, and because they had few customers i received daily maid service.

This week I returned, intending to stay the week, but first requested a receipt for last weeks stay. it was the manager i was talking to, and yes, i was being POLITE!

This KAREN started lecturing me on how they give receipts, and made it quite clear that I was to speak ONLY WHEN SPOKEN TO, and only after SHE had finished her say. I have not EVER been treated in this manner in a professional setting.

Yes, there was a point where I stopped being polite, on my way out.

I normally stay at the Hilton, and this would NEVER have happened at a Hilton!

I can't say that she is the reason the hotel had so few guests, but I will certainly never stay there again.

Very clean, pretty good location and nice people. I went there for a free health clinic, where I was volunteering, and they were very friendly. The breakfast was pretty robust with scrambled eggs sausage, Waffle's yogurt and a couple of kinds of cereal, the rooms were very nice. Clean, very well decorated. It looked like they had been updated. Recently. The people there weren't the most educated cultured people, but they were friendly and the employees were pretty nice.
It is right off the freeway, so it's not the quietest place ever. But it's right across the street, from a Pizza place And a grocery store, pretty good location. All in all, I would go back for the price. It's nice.

Everything is good about this place except you may leave hungry if you are not an early riser. They did not refill any breakfast items; there is no Decaf coffee, and the morning clerk is cranky! Otherwise, I would recommend the place. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good on and off freeway, nearby restaurants, good value.

We had a reservation made for October 18th going out the 19th try to get in earlier to no avail. They basically told us we had to stay out for 3 and 1/2 hours in the parking lot. Call the corporate about cancellation fee and it would have been a 127.00. Then they connected me to the hotel and they were charging me 144 the manager I spoke with said I was getting snotty with her which I wasn't I was concerned because it was such a large amount versus what corporate it said. She got rude with me and hung up on me. Definitely checked reviews before coming to this place. We will not make that mistake again

Limited choices of places to stay in Wilcox. Probably better than some of the others but not great. Internet was very poor and towels very thin. Door lock was broken. Looks like somebody tried to break in at one time .Close to highways and restaurants. Gas stations. Highly recommend Isabel's South of the border restaurant. Excellent local homemade Mexican food. About 5 minutes away.!

Biggest complaint was the food for breakfast. My Husband said It was not very good. He has a cast iron stomach but said he ended up throwing it away. However, beds are good but no Kleenex in the room. .
