I had a wonderful experience shopping here. It is truly a denim heads dream store. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable. I tried on many different styles of the same pair . I picked up a pair of concrete washed oni denim and have completed my raw denim journey. They hemmed my pants very well, high quality and attention to detail. Way better than any tailor in the USA. I even brought a pair of my girlfriend’s jeans for them to match and they tried their best. Highly recommend this store.

This is my honest review of my online experience with them. First, I ordered a Momotaro jacket, which arrived very fast! The price is amazing compared to others. The packaging was very good. Second, I decided to order another pair of Japan Blue jeans and also requested an alteration to shorten the legs. They mentioned that it would take 5-7 days. I was in a rush as I would be leaving Tokyo in the next 6 days. I contacted them to see if they could change the shipping address to New York. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do that, but they prioritized my order, and it arrived earlier than expected, just in time before I left Japan. Harry is the best ?

こだわりの国産デニムが豊富に揃っているお店です。 鬼、侍、アスファルトなど、なかなか見かけないシリーズがたくさんあり驚きました。 ネット販売が有名なようですが、店頭でも丁寧に相談に乗ってくださり、履き心地のよい1本を買うことができました。 レディースデニムや、国産のしっかりした編地の靴下も売っています。 なお、購入デニムの裾上げは職人さんが週に一度行うそうで、仕上がったデニムは無料で配送してくれるとのことです。

Felt compelled to write a review given how satisfied I've been with my purchase months later. Would highly recommend going here for denim purchases, especially if you are looking for a wide range of fits and sizes. Best selection, stock, and service. Can't wait to get more clothing from them in the future.

Has a lot of jeans much more variety of stock than any of the other stores I visited in Tokyo. First impressions walking in was a bit overwhelming as there were heaps of jeans everywhere. Thankfully I was provided with the best customer service. The attending worker was able to help me find my size and help with fit while trying on a couple of Oni jeans.

I've ordered from Denimio many times and I appreciate their prices and quick shipping times, but that to me is the standard. A company's reputation is made by how it handles problems. Denimio has a rewards program which is based on your purchases over the last year and is applied to a specific sale period. Last year, when checking my status, I was told my purchases would be applied to the following year rather than the current year, so I waited. This year, I was told that I hadn't made enough purchases to have the loyalty status I was expecting. I was a little annoyed that this was the case and I accepted that the first info was probably incorrect and I missed my chance. A few weeks later, Tom reached out to let me know that they had conducted an internal investigation and elevated my status to where it would have been last year. It was very nice that they investigated and followed up on an issue I thought was closed. When I did order, there was an issue with processing my credit card and I had to re-order items that had since been sold out (because I bought the last ones). Nick and Tom worked with me to get the items back on the website so I could re-order them. They were apologetic and worked to make sure the items were sent in a single package (despite having to be ordered separately) and refunded me for the discount that was no longer available when I re-ordered. When I received my package, there was a Denimio laundry bag included which I assume was an apology gift which was unnecessary but much appreciated.
