Dr. Brink is a miracle worker. I chipped a tooth and he was able to fit me into his very busy schedule with minimal wait. After a quick assessment, he got right to work and finished in record time. I need braces again after not wearing retainers consistently for most of my adult life. I went for a couple of other questionable consultations for realignment (staff could hardly scan my teeth and the timelines were very long). I was happy to find this office, where the timeline was much shorter and the scanning of my teeth was fast and efficient. Dr. Brink was also the only doctor confident that he could get rid of my triangle space in the front. I am looking forward to treatment and plan to switch to this office for regular dentistry, because this practice seems more competent and friendly.

This practice is by far the best in the area. I’ve seen many dentists over the years and have recently dealt with some serious dental work. The guidance and work provided by Garrett and his team is truly the best I’ve received. Dental work is very daunting, and at times scary, but not at Dentistry of Hockessin! Thank you to the team!

Dr. Brink is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He is extremely aggressive with his treatment plans, suggesting replacing crowns because they are old even though there was no indication that anything was wrong. The billing practices have changed since doctor Gonce left. My spouse was told he could pay 1/2 when his crown was ordered and the balance when it was done. The office contacted me two time about my spouse’s balance that wasn’t even due. I requested that they don’t contact me about my spouse’s bill. After the second call they stopped contacting me. The last visit I had, I was told that I had to put a credit card on file. I explained that my card was compromised and I was not using it and I was not comfortable giving my debit card. I was told I could no longer be a patient if I would not put a card on file or pay for my visits in cash, they would bill my insurance and send me the reimbursement. My insurance pays more than most plans and my credit is exceptional, I was offended. Needless to say, we have a new dentist.

It has been a while now after getting a tooth pulled and fully healed and wanted to express how good a job they did at Dentisry Of Hockessin.
Dr. Brink and staff provided a pleasant experience and knew the insurance process accurately.
I was not a patient of DOH before this visit, but I am now! I recommend giving them your business.
