My husband and I suddenly decided to go out and buy a truck. We looked online, saw what we wanted and drove nearly 2 hours to see it. The salesman, Luke Neal greeted us outside. Luke was very accommodating and helpful and made the process of buying a car enjoyable. He worked quickly with us and didn’t want to hold us longer than we all needed to. That was so appreciated. Luke also spent time with us going over all the features of the truck…which we needed because it’s been 15 years since we had a new vehicle. Thank you Luke for all your help and to those that aided in the process!!

I came up from Naples to purchase a truck and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. Jonathan Mitchell was very nice and if he did not know a specific answer to my many questions he had an answer very quickly. Everyone there has a very hometown attitude and kindness. Jonathan sent us to the best lunch restaurant also. They include a lifetime power train warranty which makes the trip worth it. Rarely can you say it is a great experience to purchase a vehicle but this was Bret

**Update 1/22/25. I need to update my review to share my after sale experience. My temp tag was a few days from expiring and my trade in still had not been paid off. I tried calling Vince and left multiple messages and never got a call back. I texted Michael and he called me and said it was all in progress. Couple of days before my tags expiring I tried texting him again and got no response. I called the dealership to speak to the title clerk and was told she was waiting to hear if I wanted new tags or transfer my old one. From the beginning I made it clear I had customized TN plates that had just been renewed in November and wanted to transfer them. I am not sure who she was waiting to hear from, but she did not bother to call and ask me. After my payment was a week late on my trade in I paid another payment on a car I had not had for almost a month to save a ding on my credit. My trade was paid off a few days later. I now have a second temp tag and no one can tell me how soon my tags will be transferred because they are waiting on a "third party". I have two outstanding texts to Michael at this point from a week ago and no response, doubt he can help anyway. Just a heads up that they may be great up until they get your money, but service after the sale seems to be questionable.

We drove from Middle TN, almost 800 miles to buy a 2022 F350. Entire process was great from beginning to end. Thanks Vince and Michael!

Abby is the best! I can’t say enough about our Service advisor. Javier & Oscar are the only ones who work on all our diesel trucks. They do everything they can to get the job completed as quickly as possible. My phone calls and text messages are always responded to immediately. They communicate with me as to what is going on and the progress. These trucks are used in construction everyday, so they understand the importance.

My experience with the service department has been frustrating. We took our truck in twice. The first time, they kept it for a week. We provided the diagnostic codes and explained the issue, but we never received updates. We had to call them ourselves, only to be told they couldn’t figure out the problem. They advised us to bring it back the next time the codes appeared, which we did, but the truck ended up sitting there for another week.

By the sixth day of the second visit, I was beyond frustrated. I called Abby multiple times with no answer and even left her a message with a coworker. Frustrated, we went to the dealership in person to speak with Abby directly. She made excuses, saying that the first time our truck was there, a different mechanic worked on it and didn’t know what they were doing. She assured us that this time was different, claiming she trusted this mechanic 100% and promised to have an answer for me by the next day.

The next day, Abby called and told me the mechanic had no idea what was wrong with the truck and that she didn’t know what else to do. I went to pick up the truck and asked for a diagnostic report so I could take it elsewhere. She printed out a paper with a single paragraph stating the same issues we had already explained to them.

The lack of communication and professionalism from this service department is unacceptable. Save yourself the time and frustration go elsewhere.

I had my old truck serviced in this place. The first one was one year ago transmission replacement go well so far. The most recent one smaller job is big disappointment. I told the clerk there were 2 problems when I dropped off the truck: leaking power steering and no AC fan. The leak was identified and the broken high pressure line replaced. However the AC fan problem was never looked at. Then last week I noticed the left headlight not working. After spending 2 hours today, I realized the technician forgot to plug in after the repair. Since he jacked the wire all the way under, I had to remove the battery, battery box to reached it. The additional insult was he never clean up the job site, and he also lost the battery holder when he put it back. Whoever did the job must be drunk and careless! I just wish the line he replaced could hold up. This is unacceptable.
