Quality of the products is terrible! It shipped within the 15 business days so that was fine. I had no problem waiting for my products, hoping they would be good since they had so much time! When they arrived, the packaging was nice but the actual products weren’t! The images are blurry and so light. Nothing like the picture. As well as, the one T-shirt I ordered didn’t show a picture of the front on the app. So I assumed it was just a plain front. I opened it and it had some weird melted smiley face with their name on it. No where on the product description does it say that! Definitely will not be ordering again!

Quality of the t shirts, customer service, and the timeliness of orders is lacking. I tried addressing an issue months back with a soccer t shirt I received, and I never received a response back to resolve it. I let it go because my orders over the last couple of years have been fine. But I've never had text on a t shirt from this company peel so bad after just ONE wash. Which makes me think it wasn't made correctly. Then today I received a new order, and I'm seriously so upset over the quality of them. The spooky vibes raccoon t shirt came out very pixilated and looks awfully blurry. I would reach out, but I doubt anything would be done with this one either. I tried to just leave a review on the product itself, but there's not even an option on the site to leave a review! Tells me all I need to know now about this company. Learned my lesson, and I definitely won't be ordering from this place again. ?

States larger orders ship within 15 business days. Absolutely not true. My order still has not shipped!! Terrible customer service. No way I'll receive my items in time for Halloween. Will not order again.

*After chatting via email, my order was mark shipped 2 days ago, yet the tracking says label created, not yet in system. ?

**Not only was my order super late, they sent me the wrong sizes.

I commented on their Instagram stating to someone their order wouldn’t get there by Halloween, someone commented and of course Dixie hart doesn’t respond with a thing but a robotic response so I said hey you wouldn’t get it by Halloween because my husband had ordered us Christmas stuff and it was 15 days, said it shipped finally then never had a tracking number. And clearly after they saw my comment (two days after it said shipped) being honest they cancelled his order aka it had never actually shipped to begin with. They never responded to my direct message and blocked me via Instagram yet have the audacity to still text me a coupon code. Get out of here. My husband emailed and got zero response. I wish I knew where they were located to speak to someone face to face and get answers as to why they have such poor customer service. I will use more reputable brands from now on with clear communication

I ordered some shirts for Halloween on October 1st. It was supposed to be shipped out in 14 days. It wasn’t. I was told it would be shipped out last week. It wasn’t. Now they won’t respond to my emails.
