Domino's Pizza

Es el peor servicio de pizzería que pudo haber comprado esta noche mil veces hubiera hecho mi compra Pizza Hut Kendall le pedí a la mujer que pusiera una pizza con queso a la orilla no mandó lo que ella quiso le pedí una pizza hawaiana le agregaron pimiento a la pizza hawaiana en vez de ponerle jamón y bien que muy que se cobraron $35 más el servicio del Delivery y más la propina del chofer hablé para hacer el reporte y lo negaron que ellos no tenían ese servicio de pizza

Ordené mi pizza y unas alitas a las 9:30pm son las 10:36pm y mi pedido no ha llegado he llamado a servicio al cliente y nadie contesta solo una contestadora Pésimo servicio si tienen hambre esta es la última opción a elegir definitivamente

La mejor pizza

I ordered my two pizzas and boneless chicken around 8:15 pm. My order was on prep from 8:24 pm until after 9:30 pm. It went into the oven at 9:35 pm. Once it left oven it was on quality control for about twenty minutes. Once it went to delivery the driver passed my house (I only live about two minutes from the store) my son was outside waiting,when the driver called and said she had to return to the store to get our pizza. Another driver called and said they were two minutes away. We finally got our food around 10:45 pm. My food was cold. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!They are very unprofessional. I tried calling the store, I believe they took the phone off the hook cause it was a busy signal. After two and a half hours cold pizza and wings……

I placed my order at 6:23(Pizza box was crushed topping stuff to the pizza. Breadsticks is full of grease from the pizza because I had melted garlic butter added to it no receipt, food cold, and they don’t want to refund my money worse Domino’s ever.

I moved a few months ago and as such this location is now my delivery location. We order pizza most Friday nights, and it was ok enough at first… took a little longer and wasn’t as good or as hot as my old location, but ok. The past 6 weeks or so, though, delivery is TERRIBLE. They give an estimate on the app for delivery time and it takes at least twice as long every time and comes COLD. No one ever answers the phone. Tonight my order, which was supposed to come in 28-38 minutes, was ordered an hour and 20 minutes ago and it hasn’t even left the store. It was out of the oven and in “quality check” over 45 minutes ago… what the f. After a repeated busy signal on multiple calls to the store, I have now been on hold for 10 minutes. I will never order from this store again.

Delivery 50 minutes late for 2 pizzas. Driver must have been working for several other delivery services because he was going all over the place. We called the store and got hung up on twice. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service. We tipped 20% when we placed the order and have no way of getting that back. The driver, Enrique, was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have no way of even requesting a refund other than disputing the charges with my bank.

This location is very ghetto! I tried calling because the app wasn’t allowing me to order online. They didn’t answer the phone. I come during there hours of operation and the lobby is closed and carry out is not an option. So I order online and mark it as the parking lot and even tip! The lady inside cancels my order. She was to busy in there talking with her friends that don’t even work there. They were sitting on the counter have a grand ol time! Never again with this location.
