A big thank you to Kelsie (and the amazing team of telephone customer service reps.
Kelsie was so friendly nice and very helpful with my exchange of bits and finding me the correct size for my horse. Thank YOU again so much, Kelsie; the shop gals; and, also the gals who answer the main line telephone number, for taking care of me. Much appreciated. Just so you know, we’re telling all of our family and friends and neighbors on the west coast, California …For anyone looking to buy tack/supplies or any other needs for horse products, etc. Dover Saddlery is the only one stop shop that you’ve been looking for.

The team at Dover is AMAZING. Huge shout out to Kelsie and Randi for helping me out and going above and beyond by spending 40 minutes after closing helping me pick out everything for my first show. I did not know anything and they explained everything to me very well. They answered all my questions and were so kind. I did not feel rushed at all and I feel so much better about this show because of them. Truly cannot recommend this store more.

So happy with our experience here today and during our previous (first) visit. Super friendly staff. They all ride themselves and are very knowledgeable and will guide you to the correct size or fit no matter what you’re looking for. I’ve learned that helmets and tall boots really do require a trained eye to get right and in my opinion can’t be bought online easily if you’re looking for the proper fit. Shout out to Hannah who spent lots of patient time with us to get my daughter’s gear fitting just right.

This is an awesome store! The shoes, boots and clothes are so unique and beautiful, if you ride horses, or even if you don't. There are so many top of the line gift items. I always find exactly what I am looking for. The staff are truly amazing! Especially, Laurie, I look for her every time I shop. In the past, for birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and my birthday, my husband would buy me jewelry or perfume. I was always so disappointed. Now, after many years of marriage, he gives me Dover gift cards and I always tell him.....he has given me the perfect gift!

Friendly service. Great selection of products. Got my riding helmet fitted here.

However, their selection of riding gear (boots, breeches, jackets, and shirts) for men is very lacking though in my opinion. I guess there are not that many male riders i take it in the area. They mentioned that i should check the website for the men selection.

Other than that they have everything you would need for horse care, horse tack, etc.
