I have had the greatest experience shopping with my husband for my sons wedding. We went in with low expectations because my husband is such a hard fit, but we were stunned with the absolute highest quality of customer service from Susan. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!!

DXL Big and Tall Men's Clothing - I am 6'05" 225 lbs - tall but not necessarily big. They did not have a single pair of slacks in any color that would fit me (36-36). Did not have a single sport coat or suit coat that would fit me (44 or 46 Extra Long) and Did not have a single dress shirt that fit me.
I have no understanding of why they are in business or how they stay open. I guess the name is literally as it says, Big AND Tall.
The lady who tried her best to help me ... tried her best. Little short guy who supposedly was the expert that she called over to help us, was absolutely no help, skirted every question like, "What size do I need." and only wanted to sell me custom made, custom fit, clothing.
The experience was very disappointing. No understanding how how they have a 4.5 review rating. I give 2-stars because of the female clerk that tried her best and was embarrassed with the guy's responses (or lack there of) and how he treated me.
I have lost 30 lbs since last buying dress clothes and was looking forward to buying a sport coat or two, a couple pair of slacks, a couple of shirts and maybe a black suit. Left with absolutely nothing.

My new favorite clothing store! I went in for a size 22 white dress shirt, and the cashier immediately pulled one out. No difficulty at all. Other clothing stores have a tough time for big fellas like me. I will probably go back there in a few weeks for some T-shirts. A must go to store for tall and portly men!

The associates are very helpful with making the experience better. They know about physiques and can help while speaking "delicately" about your sizing. I can really appreciate that. I always leave feeling better about my shopping experience than any other place in Midland.

I have never been let down by the service in this store. Everytime I walk in I'm greeted, acknowledged and helped. Even when they are busy they make sure to acknowledge me and let me know they'll be right with me to help. They may not always have what I'm looking for or what I need, but the associates take the time to search the online catalog and if they don't carry what I need, they take extra time to help me find it elsewhere or at least tell me some additional places that I should try in order to find what I need. This is how retail stores and their associates should operate.
