They did a wonderful job on my car after hitting a deer on my way to work. Not only that but when picking up my car, my battery had died while it was sitting. They offered to put in a new battery for me free of charge which was very gracious. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am in the process of moving to the area, I hit a deer on my way to work. This was recommended by my insurance company. Took the truck to them. They took the photos and started the work as soon as the approval came thru. My truck was done in a week. I was very pleased with the work done. They detailed the whole truck inside and out. I will honestly say I couldn’t be happier with the service than I am. Thank you to the entire staff at ECR for the job they did!

I am very old so I have been in a lot of autobody shops! We were dealing with a local shop in Laurel. We made an appointment and waited one month to get in only to be told the day of our appointment. Their employee was a no-show. No call for an entire week. I took my car here on a recommendation from a friend. I scraped a curb. Gunner popped out the dent and told me, ”no charge”. That is absolutely unheard of in the world of today! I sent him a card with some money for coffee. After another fender bender, I took my car back again. This is by far the best shop I have ever experienced! Fast, friendly, kind, with reasonable prices! They even gave me a mini detail on my car when I picked it up, it was spotless!! I am one consumer who ensures that I support my local community. However this is one Shop that I will never go back to Have work performed on my vehicles. Throughout the years i've been there roughly three times or more and it has steadily gone downhill. In short the wrong parts were placed on my car which enabled my adaptive cruise. Do not work in addition in taking off the old parts and putting on the new parts. They busted A part of my headlight which burnt out my bulb because water got into it. When I brought this to their attention when I brought it back because of other problems that they did not finish or did not address correctly 1st they said they. Were replaced and then they said they couldn't. I wonder why maybe because the Headlight Bulb is $170.00 each. Communication was absolutely poor throughout the entire project and with that said I will never be going back nor will I Suggest that any others Have work performed there either. When I get a moment I will place some pictures and photos of the parts that were wrong and damaged.

It amazes me when you finally receive response from the "big guy" and they suddenly think have all the answers now , even though you have never spoken to them once or been given a return call from the 5 messages left for them, then be insulted because they think you don't know the difference between the two...Wish them well; however, pictures speak volumes. These are the only two, of many which I posted.

In response to the owners request of pictures, I invite you to post the pictures you say you have. If so, perhaps this will clear up the proof that there were shutters, both upper and lower, when the car was dropped off for services. I was there when pictures were taken, specifically of the front grill and shutters are undeniably present.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Not only did it take like 2 months if not more for my car to be done being "repaired" everything they put back on my car started coming off! I had to take it back bc of issues. The amount of money they charge is crazy all for basically rigging everything. I didn't pick this place my insurance did. Honestly I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Horrible experience and horrible work..get it together please

Stopped by to see if they could remove some scratches. Gunnar was terrific. Friendly, helpful and kind. Not only did he remove the scratches but said, "no charge". Wow! Great representative of your company. Thank you very much.
