Chris Johns was helpful in quickly troubleshooting the leak in our old water softener. He provided help in ordering & replacement for the outdated unit. He patiently addressed our concerns & questions. He also ensured that we got the necessary paperwork to support our claim for adjustment to our high water bill due to the leak.

EcoWater Rep. Danny came to our home and perform a water test, demonstrating how hard unsafe our water was. Danny took his time to explain all the options we had and all the different packages that were available to us. After we signed contract, about a week after we got an appointment for installation. Jason came and installed the water softener and reverse osmosis water system. He was also professional and knowledgeable as well as made great suggestions on how to position the unit outside for maximum space. His expertise made the installation process seamless. I called Eco Water to get a quote on water treatment. They sent John out to test my water. It turns out that John was also the gentleman who had previously dropped a $100 flyer on my doorstep. He was so impressive with his knowledge of the systems and benefits and after calling around his pricing was super competitive. If your in the market for water softener or filtration John and EcoWater are the guys to call.

I had a 16 year old Eco water softener that was still working well but the screen was totally black and I couldn't see it to reset after adding salt. My contact in the office was Mindy who was very helpful. She told me how much a circuit board would cost and also told me about a comparable unit to the one I had (plus info on others). I chose to get a new unit comparable to the unit I had. My thinking was that I'd spend quite a bit of money on a new circuit board and then the unit would stop working soon after (Murphy's Law). Lance came out to install the new unit and take away the old unit. He was very good at explaining what he was going to do and before I knew it, the new unit was up and running. Along the way, Lance showed me a couple of things that were starting to go on the old unit which helped to re-enforce my initial thinking about getting a new unit. I was very pleased in dealing with Eco Systems as I always had been over the years. Thank you.

My 17 year old water softener was, I thought, on its last leg and about ready to die. Jason, who has been servicing my softener for several years, responded. After performing a detailed check of the softener he discovered a faulty circuit board was the problem. He installed a new one and now the softener runs like a charm, hopefully for another 17 years. Also, Jason always impresses me with his knowledge and professionalism.

We have a rustic well so things turn orange quickly if you are low on salt. Our old tank wasn't working properly so we got with eco water and got the new salt tank, brine tank, and the osmosis in the kitchen. At first it was great. Then about 2 weeks or so in, we are back to orange stains. Apparently the tank doesn't recharge or recycle itself. So every 10 days we have to go and hit the button. No biggie, but our old tank did it itself. Here we are now, not even a year into it, and our water is constantly orange every 2-3 days. My laundry is getting ruined weekly. My appliances are so orange. And my salt tank is full of water, so it's not working at all. I work at the elementary school and it's been impossible to get ahold of anyone. It goes to the voicemail, and when they call the next day, I can't answer during class, so I call right after work, and back to voicemail. Absolutely do not recommend.
