David in tech support was wonderful, helpful and was able to talk me through to fix the issue with our card reader. He even sent a picture via email to make sure i knew where to plug the battery pack back in. Best customer service I've received via David and Allison.

Recently, I called for support with some hardware I was working on and was connected with David. He was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve my problems. However, while everything seemed to be going smoothly, I believe he intended to mute himself, but instead, I overheard him making fun of my issue and speaking poorly about me in the background.

I don't want anything to happen to him, but I think he should be trained better for a support position, as situations like these leave a bad impression of the company and its product support.

I have worked the Electronic Locksmith to get an encoder fixed and a new service terminal. The equipment had a quick turnaround time and is very affordable.
