I recently placed an order for replacement parts for my Hayward Trivac. After submitting my order I realized that one of the items I ordered was incorrect. I sent a email explaining my error and almost immediately received a response in which they had already corrected my mistake and refunded me the part I did not need. In addition to that, i received a follow up phone call to make sure i had no further questions. My order was shipped same day and arrived within two days. I had my Trivac up and running again and my pool never missed a beat. I’m not sure about you, but i find it very rare in today’s world to find businesses that go above and beyond like this and make it so easy for the customer. Not only were my replacement parts authentic Hayward products, the customer service was beyond excellent. And let’s not forget to mention free shipping and arriving in 2 days! I rarely post reviews, however I feel that epoolsupply definitely deserves the recognition. Order with them and you will not be disappointed. I’m now a customer for life.

The price is good not denying that but, the problem start when you need to RETURNED anything or warranty and item.
i send an email to get and item return and they never gave me a call or reply to my email.
They charge and outrageous 20% restocking fee for an item that is as small as 3"x3". that's insane, also the item is not functioning why do i have to pay for return shipping.

Excellent service. Prompt! I ordered an OEM replacement for Paramount 6 port in-floor valve. It shipped the same day, got here 3 days later. If your are needing to replace any pool equipment, do yourself a favor and stick with OEM, these folks have great prices and great service!
