Weird, hostile energy from the staff. I walked in and was looked dead in the eye by the employee who was on deck, who was silent, and offered no "welcome" or "hi." A middle aged man (who maybe looked richer or more mature than me) followed in right after me, and he got a loud, hearty "Welcome!" from the same employee who ignored me. After I had an armful of things to buy, another employee finally greeted me. The one who ignored me first checked out my stuff and gave me no "thank you." I'm half of those ladies' age now, and even when I was working as a sales associate, a decade ago, I was taught to treat customers with manners and respect. If you have a hang up about any type of person, as long as they're a respectful customer, maybe don't work in a gift store. I might be back because the selection of gifts is really nice, and I don't take other people's attitudes personally. But I'll probably just drive another hour out to a different Hallmark to avoid the icky energy from these ladies who are supposed to be welcoming and friendly.

This store changed hands earlier this year. It’s a good thing. My husband had a bad experience here several years ago and didn’t want to come back. Today we had a great time. I had come in on Friday and bought a few things. One thing had a problem and I called and they said to come in and they would exchange it. Yay. We went in and my husband wanted to look around. The two sales associates Reem and Clara Belle were very kind to us both and we had a lot of fun! My husband kept finding more things! The Hallmark ornaments are all so fun and well made. They also have a great selection of Jim Shore collectibles. We’re happy customers. We’ll be back when my wallet recovers!

Two associates were sitting on the floor in the store near the clothing. The tiny short one had the audacity to say, "here she comes trying to get me out of the way" as I looked at the clothing. I'm the shopper trying to look at clothing! Sitting on the floor in the store is not where associates should take their break. Then when she asked if the clothes I tried on worked out I told her I'm going to think about it, she muttered, "all that for nothing" and chuckled while walking away. To boot, the associates sitting on the floor were talking about a customer that came in several times in one week that they had to help. So unprofessional and appalling. I won't be coming back in this store. Management needs to train these associates better.

This is a great shop! This shop has not only Hallmark items for sale, but tons of unique, beautiful, and fun gifts and household items. This shop has a super-cute women's clothing section and a lot of different jewelry collections. I highly recommend!

Beautiful store, love the displays they put all around. It is a bit on the expensive side but lovely for a special occasion. The employees were also very nice to me and treated me with care. I will be back, thank you!

Very nice store for greeting cards, and gifts. They even have a selection of clothing. The people there are very helpful.

It's not just a card store. Lots of gifts too choose from to go with a card like small collectables, toys and stuffed animals to the more practical like kitchen and housewares. Nice selection of population specific items as well as clothes purses and shoes
There is much packed into this clean and beautifully displayed store. Something for just about everyone/occasion.

I love this place.....everything is nicely displayed, the clothes section is amazing & I love their periodic sales.....the owner is friendly & my favorite salesperson is Heather. My only negative comment is that some of the salespeople act like I am a thief. They follow me around the store & if I am outside looking at the racks of discounted clothes or the table of sale items they are watching my every move. I am not a thief. Stop by & have fun browsing.
