Store is compact with a large inventory of costumes. Come w patience and do know that they do not allow you to try things on nor open bags to keep the integrity of the costumes and not lose any pieces. You are allowed to have a staff meme we open the bag and see it. The costume I wanted tan small so I went up a size after seeing it. Upon entering you will need to Santiz your hands, I appreciate the health precautions. Staff is busy so have patience and go w an idea in mind so you can get in and out quickly. Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped w my choice

my friends and i came in for some halloween costumes and were greeted and treated very nicely by the store owner! she was nothing but kind, helpful, and most importantly honest. we loved this store and will make sure to come back! great variety of costumes!!

First off I love love love not only shopping here but just speaking with the owner. She is truly beautiful inside and out and very knowledgeable about everything. My favorite is how she makes a lot of the custom outfits herself. I have purchased so many wonderful items here for my dancing. I AM now a forever customer.

I have been purchasing my sexy outfits and Halloween costumes from this place for a few years and the customer service never changes. Definitely 5 stars! The quality is amazing. They have a lot to choose from. Super affordable and sooo much to pick from. I recommend this place 100%. Barbie the owner is sooo sweet and so helpful at the time of purchase she helps you pick and put together beautiful outfits her self.

Great selection yes but reviews are correct. Customer service is horrible. Owner is very rude. The mom is actually nice. Actual owner is the one who is rude. The set up is weird. There’s costumes everywhere but there’s certain rows that you cannot go through. There was a chair halfway through the passage where there was costumes in that row and was told nicely by the mom sorry not there i said okay sorry. Then the owner is like do you not see the chair Very unnecessary that alone sent me out the store. Lol from the 10 minutes I was there. I was not the only customer she was rude to. I was going to buy my costume there but not anymore lol just a store full of costumes no actual lingerie at this time.

UPDATE: Based on response to any negative review that says it all. There was no signs. Advising actually just a chair in the middle of the hallway. Set up is weird and jam packed to the brim.

You’re ghetto and don’t know how to treat customers at all or any negative criticism for that matter. Ego a little too big humble yourself.
And no actually not everyone at the store was happy you were rude to practically everybody you’re just lucky everyone doesn’t leave a review talking about their negative experience.
