Everyone, from the lady who patiently waited with me, for the weather to warm up so the technician could accurately test the AC unit, to the sales staff, and HVAC technicians + the plumber we used to open our kitchen sink were professional, courteous, & offered education on systems & maintenance. I don't normally do reviews, but after working with them twice this year, I felt I had to!

We decided we were going to replace our aging HVAC system this year, gathering quotes from a few local installers. Fahnestock came in with a "pay in full at installation" quote considerably lower than the other establishments, and the job they did was stellar!

We also wanted to have some recessed LED lighting installed in a room, so we decided to give them a call for this as well. Worked with Luis, which was fantastic! He moved and covered all furniture, managed to complete the installation without any additional holes in the ceiling, and cleaned up afterwards. I'm blown away at how good of a job he did.

Thank you Fahnestock, you'll be the first place I turn if we need any other HVAC or electrical needs!

Maddix was prompt, courteous, and provided a thorough explanation of the service, issues discovered and the solutions. He answered my questions with the same thoroughness. He was knowledgeable and personable. He left the work space clean. I appreciate that he wore shoe covers (especially since it was snowing). I will likely request him in the future. I also appreciate that he made the service call while it was snowing and many small businesses and all schools were closed. (Obviously I wouldn’t want a tech to drive in dangerous conditions for a service call.)

When my AC failed as temperatures hit the 90s, I called Fahnestock, the original installer. I was genuinely surprised by their quick response – they scheduled a visit within days, a service speed I hadn't expected coming from California.

Today, they even called to offer an earlier appointment, which was a huge help for someone working from an uncomfortably warm home. Technician Maddix arrived promptly, fixed my AC in just 20 minutes with minor adjustments, and was incredibly personable throughout the process. I'm incredibly grateful for their efficient and excellent customer service!
