Okay so I'm super awkward but these employees somehow made me feel not awkward They're super helpful and nice and don't seem judgmental at all. I wish I remembered his name but there was a man upstairs last Sunday that was awesome! I didn't want to interact with anyone in there, but I ended up being grateful he came over to help. He was the reason we ended up buying all of our stuff in-store instead of going home and ordering on Amazon.
Side note: The store looks very sketch because it's on a shady-looking street. But the inside is completely different; it's very nice inside, I promise.

If you are going to ID you ID everyone. As I walked in having a couple in front of us walk in we were pointed out to show ID but not them I let it slide because yea the men look older but the women looked my age sure but as we were verified I looked at the couple again and realized they were not my same race now I’m not saying this was the case with the employee but living on what’s going on In These days you have to be careful on how you handle things if you hold a policy do it for all only because just like myself some one can take it the wrong way. Over spend 39 seconds I. These store and walked out

I had a great visit today and Clarence helped my friend and I with our purchases, we had several questions and he helped us out with great opinions as well as letting us open and try and feel several toys and whatnot, very very helpful. Not my first fairvilla visit but my most involved and pleasant 🙂

I asked for help purchasing a properly sized c ring. An employee told me a particular $65 vibrating c ring would work because it was elastic, I purchased it, tried it, and it was so tight it would injure me if I used it. I came back an hour later to TRADE it for one that would fit and they told me no, after giving me bad information and taking my money.

New explorer of BDSM. Female sales associate saw me pondering the cuffs and restraints. She approached with the most genuine smile and asked what my needs were. Her experience and product knowledge easily guided me through the purchases appropriate for a beginner's ensemble.Never felt so comfortable detailing graphically what my pleasure goals were. I'll be returning consistently as I update my body gear and toys for my specific needs. In-store purchasing was much more satisfying and fun than online. Every associate was friendly. Hats off to the cashier with the witty satirical banter who ended my experience leaving a grin on my face to revel the Chesire cat.

Never been asked for an id went there yesterday and they didn’t ask for the couples id that walked in before us but asked for ours and kicked us out but not the others id called the manager she said oh well
