I lived here for going on for years now while the community is outstanding in the neighborhood is very nice. The maintenance and management leaves much to be desired. Back when they had Amber everything was done very quickly and orderly however, over the last 6 to 9 months there’s been a significant drop off in response time and attention to any maintenance needs - very disappointing. Given the cost to rent here and inability to handle maintenance in a timely fashion, I’d recommend elsewhere.

My elderly Father has been at Fairways for almost 2 years i can easily say it’s a fantastic neighborhood run very very well by their Management Company. Neighbors watch out for each other very friendly beautiful place to live. My Father has been extremely happy there. Amber and Elaine at the Office are great always respond in a fast manner for anything.

Nice neighborhood, but rental increases have been at 10% last few lease renewals. Far above the industry standard annual pay increase of 3%. You'll be priced out of your own home in 2 years.

The dryer in our Fairway Village Townhome rental was accumulating a significant amount of lint in the back of the dryer due to the dryer vent that was detached from the dryer, which is a huge fire hazard.
The new technician (Greg) that serviced the dryer was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and how to correct the problem! He was courteous and extremely pleasant, and never once complained about the tiny, hot space that he had to work in! He was so very thorough in making sure everything was clean, sealed and in working order before he left.
He was not the type to put a Band-aid on the problem as some of the other tec's I've dealt with in the past.
He is a definite asset to the Capano Management group team and should be considered a valued employee!
