We were shopping around and thought we would give this store a try. Wow were we impressed. We found the sales people wonderful and welcoming. We were greeted with smiles and help. This store was truly refreshing. It was the last day of the Black Friday sale and we found the price $160 cheaper, on a clothes washer, from another retailer. Delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit was arranged. This morning they brought in the new washer and installed it. The installation was quick, neat and professional. New hoses were installed at a minimum price. What a wonderful experience and we would not hesitate to do business with this retailer again. Great job everyone!!

Great experience with Michael @ Famous Tate. My built-in refrigerator broke the day after Christmas and we were 3.5 weeks out from hosting our son's wedding. Michael quickly organized the measurement survey on New Years Eve and he found a replacement to fit, ordered it and it was perfectly installed today! Just in time. So grateful. Definitely recommend!

Joseph at Famous Tates was amazing. They all are. Not pushy at all, but very helpful. The whole experience was great, from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys did an awesome job, quick, and picked up after themselves.
We will definitely use the Famous Tate of Wesley Chapel for any future appliance needs. I would recommend Famous Tate to everyone.

What a fabulous experience! I went to a competitor that had a great price and stood around waiting for someone to assist me...no one came and I eventually gave up and went to Famous Tate. When I walked in, Dawn came right up and began to answer my questions. She helped me select an appliance and the whole team was helpful as I took a few visits to make my final choice. My husband and I had decided we would be willing to pay more to go with Famous Tate, however, when we got the final price, Famous Tate was less than the big box competitor! The installation, delivery, and haul away charges were much lower with Famous Tate, so the "great deal" the big box was offering was actually thirty dollars more expensive. The installation team came 3 days later (it was even black Friday weekend) and did a great job!

Overall, I absolutely love the washer/dryer and the experience. I also love the fact that if I have any problems, I have somebody that I can call and talk to easily (who knows what they're doing)! That is priceless. A lot of thanks to Dawn and the whole team!

I recently purchased a new microwave at Famous Tate’s and it was a great experience overall from purchase to delivery to installation. We just bought our home and it was still under construction so like many people we wanted to go ahead and get our washer and dryer ordered. We walked into the store and was greeted by Beth and she showed us around and showed us the washers and dryers. She was extremely helpful and very polite. She listened to our story and advised us extremely well. Many times during the building of our home the closing date got moved and we always let Beth know. We would recommend this store and Beth to all of our friends and family. Amazing experience
