FatFace is located on Mystic’s idyllic Main Street near the drawbridge on the ‘Groton side’ in the brand new, beautiful Central Hawk building. A small space, FatFace packs in a ton of great product for the entire family, and really wonderful, friendly staff. Had a great shopping experience with three kids, all of whom found nice, reasonably-priced apparel. If your in town don’t miss a chance to stop in to what surely is a new flagship store for Downtown Mystic.

The most incredibly friendly attentive service I have experienced in years. On top of the merchandise the staff led by Kathy(who is TOP NOTCH!) make this a definite go to when in Mystic or even shopping online. They will do whatever they can to try to facilitate the customer. A+++ rating and I never write reviews.

Beautiful and stylish clothing! I bought a sweatshirt for my son. They didn’t have the one I wanted in a large, so I bought a different one. The owner suggested that I contact the Newport store if I want to exchange it if they have the one I want. She was very helpful and polite!
