Fun evening event. Well done and organized and lots of intricate details in the houses. We enjoyed the photo ops. The atmosphere was chill and the BBQ from the food truck was delicious. There was visible security on hand. The parking attendant gets two thumbs 👍 👍 he was terrific. All the staff we encountered were friendly and engaged. We will definitely be back next year. We did buy the fast pass and maybe we will do a second time through next year just because sometimes the timing is off and you miss some of the scares.

I loved this venue. Went with my husband and we were terrified at all three haunted houses. We went at 7pm, and were happy we did so. At that time it was dark but not busy. We had purchased the speed pass and the double creature feature and were so glad we did. With these we were able to bypass some very long lines on our second time through the houses (by that time the park was much busier).
I highly recommend spending the extra money for the speed pass and if you can, also get the double creature feature to go through twice. Wear good tennis shoes and do not wear flip flops or heels.
The props were really great and special effects were on point. Actors were super engaged especially our first time around. I assume they get tired after doing this over and over so go early for the best scares. Drinks were great and affordable. Live music was fun Halloween style music and when the band took a break they played modern indie dance music.
Bathrooms are decent.
While taking a break from Screams you can listen to music, take photos, relax and get food/drinks, if desired. They have some fun carnival games as well. You pay $5 per ticket and each ticket allows you a few tries at one of their games. Simple prizes, like at a bowling alley, but still super fun. They also have free corn hole games and free Giant Jenga. We did not wait very long to do anything at the park. It was really fun. I would go again! Get the speed pass and go early.

So this haunt is pretty well rounded. I'm pretty impressed with the offerings since it's only the second season. I've been to probably over 100 haunts, so it's hard to startle me, although I got a few surprises in the houses. The band / bar area is very nice, they have regular bathrooms no porta potties.
Now why not give it five stars well a few things the houses had some pretty good sets but I felt like a handful of actors didn't really push the scares to where they should have been elevated. Sure, some were great, but others were off on timing or just standing there staring at you growling or whatever. Some of the houses need more of a finale that scare your pants off, sure one had a decent ending but for the most part meh on the end of the haunts, and that should be the most intense part of a house. Lastly, I really wish they had a couple more actors roaming the midway. I think we saw around 2 to 3.

Anyways I would love to see the mid way built out more. Add more vendors would be sick to have a hayride or another haunt. This company has a lot of potential and hope they do very well. If you wanna check out a good haunt that allows smaller groups to enter and get away from the theme park haunts, come check out this one. It's a fun time, and you'll have a blast.
You can tell the people who put this haunt together care because of the details in the haunts. Anyways, happy haunting season 🎃 👻 🎃 👻

This place was so awesome! We liked the haunted houses more than Halloween Horror Nights and liked how they send you through as a group instead of a continuous line. Very good scares and great actors. The drinks form the Pitchfork Bat are good and they have a great selection. The games are also fun and the proceeds for them go to various fundraisers. Definitely will be back next year!!

Had a great time here! Really cool houses. All three were very good but one was exceptional! Will let you figure it out. Many things to do. Really enjoyed it. Saw many people and families having a great time. Definitely worth a visit.

Wow! What an amazing experience. I found them on social media and I hadn't been able to get to Halloeeen Horror nights because it's a fraction of the price. I thought we would check this place out. Let me tell you, it was one of the best haunted house experiences I've been to and my best friend agreed! They have a bunch of carnival style Halloween themed games, a couple of food trucks, corn hole, Halloween theme things to buy, henna, etc. They had a nice Halloween themed bar with a live band playing. They had syringe shots which were the cutest! We absolutely loved the houses and the chainsaw maze. Their was so much detail and attention put into these houses. The houses were long and there were actually moments that scared us (in a good way). I personally enjoyed it more than HHN and it was a fraction of the price. All the workers were so friendly and you can tell just how much passion is put into Fear Reach Scream Park.

By far the best haunted attraction I've ever been too, beats Hellscream! Admission was 35 per person for 3 haunted attractions, what a deal!!! Both haunted houses were extremely fun with barely any line and u didn't have to worry about catching the people ahead of you in the house, which made the immersion perfect, the decorations were some I never seen and jumpscares were perfectly planned and scare actors were amazing ! The haunted maze with chainsaws had to be one of the funnest maze I've been thru and smelled like gasoline as if reallll. Had me running thru the whole thingggg. After words there was bbq, possibly human 😂, and other food trucks and live music to enjoy while eating, I got a henna tattoo there too! Which is still on my arm while writing this! I had an amazing time and hope that other people choose this place instead of tales of terror, they were rude apon entry and was very hard to navigate and get to. Drinks were very good also... and games were funnn! come here!!! You may never leave

Definitely worth the trip out! And for the price you cannot go wrong!

First up the houses:

1) Grimoire Manor - 9/10 - the effects, set, theming, actors, storyline, pretty much everything was on point here. Very close to a 10/10

2) Bloodline Barn - 7/10 - there were some good sets in this one, but not nearly as much as the manor. Also felt slightly lacking in actors and a flowing storyline but still good. The final room was very well put together. Overall this had a pretty decent scare factor

3) Chainsaw Chase - 1/10 - This was nothing more than a "maze" of black plywood walls with maybe 3 actors with chainsaws that barely did anything other than reving the chainsaw at us. If there is somewhere to invest more money next year, this is it! Perhaps a "blackout maze" where you setup a trailer that goes indoors and it goes pitch black so you have to feel your way out?

Aside from the houses, the overall vibe is pretty good, the central building is super nice with live music and a bar. The drink menu was plentiful and looked like it had some pretty tasty drinks on it. Cornhole was setup and a food tent which smelled delicious. I did feel like the surrounding areas can be built out a bit more to really tie everything together though. The decorations they have so far are excellent and I liked the carnival game alley, but it did feel like there was some dead space that needed to be filled in still towards the manor side.

Some suggestions I have from some top tier haunted attractions I have been to would be to add a fire pit or two to the central area and sell s'mores for people to roast. Also adding a hay ride would be a great touch. One of the best haunted houses I have been to started you off on a haunted hay ride that then lead you straight to the first house.

All in all this was a great experience and looking forward to going back next year!
