Less than ideal customer service….
I called ahead to see if they had specific ammo in stock. She said they did and gave me prices. I said I would stop in. I also asked if they allowed dogs and she said yes.

Once I got there, she had me wait in the parking lot because there was a firearms class going on inside. Why not tell me this on the phone?

Once we went in, the man teaching the class pretty rudely says “THATS NOT A SMALL DOG” in front of the whole class… and she replied “I thought it was”. This was after I asked her if “dogs” were allowed on the phone (not small dogs) and she saw me walking with my medium size dog in the parking lot while I waited probably 10 minutes before she took me in.

She sold me the ammo and I left. Very shortly after, I realized I had purchased the wrong ammo. I called back and told her that. She put me on hold for a few minutes then hung up. I waited a few minutes and called back, no answer. I tried to call back 3 more times over the next 20 minutes and got no answer and no call back. Why not just say “no returns” or “I can’t help you”? Why hang up and ignore my calls?

I was looking for best quality used and new fire arms and the best price I found the same Glock I wanted for a 100 less than most places. He is a nice guy to deal with reliable and respectful. He I bought 1 and ordered one it was a smooth easy transaction and he knew when my order would be in before leaving the shop. Will be returning for all my firearms thanks alot man love the pistols

I've purchased a few firearms and also have taken Jim's CCDW class. The prices are great, (best I've seen around, including CCDW courses), highly knowledgeable with the firearm world, and great CCDW instructor. The CCDW class was excellent, they have all the info you need to get your license and have a family- friendly oriented staff. Great to deal with!

Owner and his wife are great.they went out of their way to answer any questions i had. Their prices beat all other dealers in sussex county.i highly recomend them. Its worth going out of your way to deal with them. Also their german shepard, trooper is a great greeter! a super nice dog!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a gun store. Owner offered one price for a trade-in over the phone, then low-balled me once I got there. Had to wait over a half hour for the owner to even show up after being told the day before he’d be available. Spent two hours driving there, only to waste my time.
