In the past my experiences here have been fine, the store is small and rarely has many items or my size but I’ve gotten a few things over the years. However today at the mall I entered the FP store and was the only one inside. The employees (all three of them) were behind the register loudly laughing and sharing stories. I’m not a stickler for being greeted but i don’t think any one of them even glanced in my direction as I entered. The whole 10ish minutes I was there they were loudly laughing and talking , at one point I wanted to ask about sizing for an item and stood facing the register for a good minute but was completely ignored. I walked around the store, and almost purchased an item too but decided I didn’t want to give my money to a store whose employees don’t pay any attention to customers. I’ve been a fan of this store for years but don’t think I’ll be returning to this location for a while.

Just so EVERYONE stops getting scammed by this store, they are now selling items from ALIBABA. Yes you read that right, your 115$ dress that you thought was good quality fell apart after a Couple months? That's because free people bought it for 7.99 off of alibaba. Don't believe me? Type in the exact name of their burnout kimono and pop that name into alibaba.
