I was really looking forward to spending time at Front Page Brewing, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My group and I were there for the first 2 squares of the first round of bingo, enjoying the atmosphere, when we were abruptly told to leave because we hadn’t ordered a drink yet. We fully intended to make a purchase, but the way we were approached felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.

What made it worse was the owner accusing us of not buying drinks the previous week, even though we absolutely did. He even claimed to have camera footage of us “loitering,” which was completely unfair—last time, we bought drinks and food from the food truck they had on-site. Instead of treating paying customers with respect, we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong.

I understand that businesses need to make sales, but there’s a right way to handle these situations. Instead of assumptions and accusations, a simple friendly reminder or check-in from staff would have made all the difference. OR EVEN HANDED A MENU Unfortunately, the way this was handled has made me not want to return.

My friends brought me for the first time last week and we had a blast. We won a few games and bought some drinks and it was such a good time. This week the owner embarrassed us by saying we were loitering and that we did not buy drinks last time yet we enjoyed food from the food trucks as well as drinks from their bar. He went on to also say we were disrespecting his business by taking up a table playing bingo and not buying drinks when we were only 2 rounds in. Nothing states that to play bingo you must drink or purchase something. We offered to pay for a drink or buy others a drink but he also saw that as disrespect. The other staff and the environment was great and don’t want to make it seem like this is a bad place to be or go because it really is great but after that experience I will not be returning. I personally just did not appreciate trying to have a conversation and being accused at every turn. I really hope I can speak to someone in charge aside from the owner who was not willing to hear me out.

Good beer, close to 20+ varieties. Full bar and wine too. Trivia night, Bingo night, Live Music nights and Food Trucks. Easy going place to hang out. Dogs are welcome and a large outdoor grassed area for the kids to play.

Really nice brewery, Very spacious has patio space in the front & back area .
Wasn't very busy it was Sunday evening a few days after Hurricane Ian hit FL. The draft we had was really good, we also had the pineapple mango cider was on the sweet side but really good , Theres also a large selection of wines if your beers not your thing.service was also really good

Awesome find in downtown Bartow,FL. Cool brewery that is surprisingly big inside. Quality beer too… I had the Printer’s Breakfast Imperial Stout that was packed with 9.5% and a nice full bodied complex flavor. There was a food truck outside with a nice variety of eats. The brewery was inside the old Bartow Democrat building… hence the name … The Front page!!!! Extra - Extra … quality brewery that you should definitely stop by if you’re in Polk County!!!!

Nice, cozy brewery in Bartow. Over 15 selections on tap. Nightly events and food trucks. Tables are spread out. Outdoor seating available. Dogs are welcome.

Super extensive draft list as 15 of the 20 taps are theirs! I'm a sour drinker and was excited to see so many choices, let alone quality choices! The Cara Cara Sour was my favorite! Great service, and awesome atmosphere! They even had live music that wasn't too loud, so I could still have a conversation inside without screaming! Definitely recommend this place for a nice evening out, and they are dog friendly which is nice!
