I used this company to rent an Elmo birthday party character. It was for a Elmo sesame street style party that we did at our house. It was in the backyard, there were about 20 kids there in all mostly ages about 3-5/ They loved the Elmo that came out. It was a really cute costume and it looked like the sesame street Elmo. He brought out a bunch of little games and activities to do with the kids. It was for about an hour, was a little bit expensive like $250 for the hour but it was worth it cause the Elmo performer brought a lot of stuff to do with the kids. He did the stuff that's listed on their company website like Hokey Pokey, limbo game and stuff like that. The last 20 minutes we had Elmo there while we brought out the birthday cake and sang happy bday with all the kids gathered around. We got some really nice pics and the other parents were really happy. Lots of them asked where we got the Elmo. It seems like a really fun thing to do for a little kids party especially if there are a lot of kids. For a once a year type thing it's good even for the amount of money it costs.

We rented a really cute little trackless train ride for a boy's 5th bday party. We had the party in our neighborhood park down the street from our house. We had a whole bunch of kids there so we really needed something fun for them to do. We did get a bouncy castle but since we had so many kids one item wasn't going to be enough for everyone. And we didn't get to do a big party last year because of covid restrictions so we wanted to go a little bit above and beyond for a special 5 year old party. I had seen these trackless trains before at other parties but had no idea how to rent one or what the deal was. I did a little bit of googling and contacted a couple places. This place was the first one to get back to me and they got back to me FAST, like 20 minutes after my first email. That's always a good sign when a company is response like that IMO. They showed me a few pics of their train setup and explained the details. Basically you can get a couple of hours which also includes the train delivery and a train conductor to operate it. They explained about how to get a permit from the park etc etc. Totally sounded like a legit party idea so we went for it. Day of the party Greg the Engineer showed up with a super cute little party train that looked just like the pictures they sent. Nice touch that he even comes out dressed up as a train conductor! Kids LOVED the train, they rode around on it the entire two hours and had a blast. Great opportunity for parents and kids to do something together. The train was sparkling clean and seemed new even though Greg said it was almost 5 years old, you can still tell it is very well maintained and safe for children. Definitely worth the price even though yes it is a bit on the higher side but for a special event like a 5 year old bday party, I'd say it was well worth it. The bday boy is still talking about it with his friends and already asking if he can do it again next year!

I found this company online when I was looking for somewhere to rent an adult sized Daniel Tiger mascot costume. It was for a school event for about 100+ kids, mostly ages 4-7.

We needed to have the Daniel Tiger character for a long time, so it definitely made more sense to just rent the costume and get an adult here to wear it instead of hiring a live performer for an entire day. We actually needed the costume for flexible hours too, so the rental was obviously more in line with what we needed.

The price for the rental was pretty reasonable, we actually got to keep the costume for a few days and it was around $200.00. I'd say the rental process was pretty straight forward. I emailed them a couple times with questions and also to get a pic of how the costume actually looked. Both times I got a response back pretty fast like in less than half an hour.

Their costume looked GREAT, and I was really happy to see when it arrived that it did look like the pics they had sent me. I'd say it's good for an adult to wear, it maybe takes a little bit of help getting it on which is why we had a couple people to assist the person wearing it. But all in all it fit great and looked great.

The kids loved it, and the whole rental and return process was pretty easy. I like their selection of costumes so it's pretty likely we will do this again maybe for something seasonal or a holiday theme type mascot.

We rented an elmo birthday party costume character entertainer and also a castle style bouncehouse for the kids to jump in. We got both things from this same place which was very convenient since it meant only having to make one call. The Elmo performer did a great job, he brought out lots of music and little kid's games. He stayed for about a hour which was the perfect amount of time. The bouncer looked good, it was also made for little kids and it was easy for them to get in and out of the unit. The guy delivered it in the morning and all the setup went smooth. When he came back about 6pm to take it down our party was over so it was perfect. We arranged the whole thing in I think really less than 15 minutes. Super easy, no stress and we had a fun party!

I rented a bouncehouse from this company. It was a nice model, very colorful and had a slide on the side for the kids to go down. I think the price was like $350 or something like that for the whole day. Pretty good deal and it gave the kids something to play on for our whole party. It was for an all day BBQ in our backyard so we put the bouncer in our front yard because there was more room and also it kind of kept the kids out of the way from the bbq so they're not running around near all that. They brought the jumper in the morning around 930am or so and they left it until 8pm same day so we had a long rental. Totally worth it for an easy, fun thing for kids to do at a party.

We rented a jumpy castle from this place. It looked nice, had lots of bright colors good for little kids. Alex the delivery guy was right on time and very friendly. The jumper looked good and seemed like it was pretty new.

This is NOT a legitimate business. Jeff herring is operating without a license to avoid paying taxes. He will change the price on you and if you don’t comply, he threatens you through multiple different phone numbers and refuses to refund your money. Fraudulent. Don’t ever do your business here. Your poor kids will be disappointed.

I would not recommend. He overcharged me and refused to send my refund after fraudulently charging me a late fee. Absolutely unprofessional.
