The experience from beginning to end was exceptional! Maria was the sales consultant who listened to our needs and navigated both my husbands and mine concerns with fabulous suggestions. She was knowledgeable & very helpful to select custom fabrics and sizing of the sectional.
The delivery was before the estimated time and the 2 gentleman that came to home were respectful, efficient, and wanted to make sure the sectional was acceptable. Thank you for a great experience!

Great store with good selection of Coastal Furniture. I always work with Karen Pederson. (Fenwick Island). She is a pleasure to work with and always works as close as possible on price. And their Delivery service is fantastic! Neat, careful, meticulous and pleasant. A pleasure to have them in my home.

I have had some challenges getting my sofa repaired under warranty after the initial purchase.

At the initial visit they said I needed the springs and foam cushion inserts replaced. The condo is my summer residence and I have to travel 6 hours one way to meet with the repair group. So the initial assessment was a total of 12 hours drive time.

When they came to do the repair the first time the serviceman said he could not replace the springs since it is an 2 man job and he only did the cushions. I have now traveled a total of 24 hours.

Today was the second time they were scheduled for the repair and they called it off 5 hours before we were scheduled because they did not have all the parts. I am now at 36 hours drive time and it is still not repaired.

They have rescheduled it once again! Very poor after market performance.
