I urge you to go somewhere else that is not affiliated with Gainesville dodge (they have stores all around, avoid anything with Sullivan).
Adam was a fantastic salesperson and was honestly the most kind and honest person which is a rarity for a salesman.
Traded in a vehicle with an existing loan, instead of paying off said loan, they sold the vehicle. Loan is still existing at this point. Stated I wanted my previous trade in back due to the disorganization and lack of communication that this company possesses. To clarify, I came in with a draft letter so finance didn’t even have to lift a finger with this transaction. The sales manager literally laughed in my face and told me to get out of his office along with speaking disrespectfully to myself and the fantastic salesman. Prior to this disappointing situation, they tacked on an additional $6600 in “reconditioning” fees on top of the online listing price. When I stated that it should be considered in the price or at least disclosed on the website that it was an additional cost, they said nothing. This dealership is a SCAM since Covid and if I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would. Save yourselves like I wish I could have.

We just recently bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and I just want to say these group of salesman are the nicest people we’ve ever worked with when buying a car. They aren’t pushy and genuinely really care. I appreciate all their help and staying late just to finalize the purchase. They knew how much we wanted this vehicle and they made it happen! 1 star is too good of a rating for this sham of a dealership. This was the worst dealership I’ve been to and the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Went to buy a truck I was looking at online listed for 32xxx. Sold me the truck for 35xxx, until I caught It in the paper work. They then had to write me a check for almost 3 grand. Still ended up financing a more expensive vehicle than I got. Paying almost 40 grand for an 30 grand truck, with a trade in. They added on as many fees as they could possibly add. No one in the building could ever give me an honest straight forward answer on anything in the paperwork or about the truck. I first test drove the truck and noticed alignment off and brakes were squealing. I addressed It immediately and they said they would have service fix it before I got the truck. Lies. They never touched it. Then their fake sales manager told me they would actually fix it, but I would now have to pay for it. I wouldn’t be surprised if more problems arise. I have still considered taking this further and involving a lawyer. Make it fun for everyone involved. From the moment I arrived, it felt off. Everyone was fake to me, it was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. If I could go back, I would have never done anything here. Please if you want honesty and reliability, DO NOT purchase from here! Go anywhere but here!

Don't bother bringing any transmission issues to this service center even if you schedule an appointment. Not only do they give incorrect time-frames for diagnostics, but they will gas light you on the timeframe estimates they tell you. There is hypothetically only one person who does transmission work who can't see more than one car in a three business day period to diagnose the issue let alone fix it. Prepare to either be out of work for two weeks or more or have a rental car for that long or longer. I can't speak to general repairs or maintenance but am so underwhelmed I doubt it's worth the money they charge.
