I waited for over a year to leave a review to see how the work looked and functioned a year later.
We had our pavers cleaned and sealed, had a drain installed where an old patio connected to a new patio and a drain installed in our outdoor shower.
The pavers today look exactly like the day Gappsi completed the work. Gappsi was able to clean the old pavers well and remove stains that we had from the time another company installed the pavers When sealed the old pavers looked very close to the new pavers! The shower drain works great and the patio drain drains slowly but is a big improvement.
We have had several companies do work in our yard and I wish I would have found Gappsi a long time ago.
Bottom line for me: Gappsi is incredibly knowledgeable and professional . They will care about your job and will do it right and stand behind their work!

Gappsi installed efficiently and as promised, the sealer works terrific and cement platforms look great …with as desired, no change in cement color! (photos from fall attached) We are currently having Gappsi back for guidance on driveway replacement, turf and landscape projects.

An added bonus - Giuseppe regularly makes fantastic loaves of bread and generously shares with his team and his customers!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Giuseppe Abrancanti of Gappsi Inc, on a comprehensive backyard renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They transformed our outdoor space into a stunning resort style oasis, complete with a beautifully renovated pool with features that I operate from my mobile, expertly installed pavers, a stylish pavilion, hot tub and a spacious dog run.

From the outset, Giuseppe demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a keen eye for design. He and his staff listened attentively to our ideas and provided valuable insights, ensuring that every detail was considered and executed to perfection. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and their team was courteous, efficient, and respectful of our property throughout the project. Twenty years ago we had our pool fiberglassed and the walls had started to separate from the pool frame, the tiles were falling apart and no one wanted to take on this project. Before the warranty expires that pool company went out of business and the owner took off for the west coast. However, we found Giuseppe through a friend's recommendation and we saw his work first hand. He was more than happy to take on our headache and help us out and he worked within our budget.

The new pool area is a highlight, with crystal-clear water and a modern design with a sundeck, bubblers, and a waterfall with two large bowls spilling over that has become the centerpiece of our backyard. The pavers are flawlessly laid out, creating a seamless and attractive pathway that ties the entire space together. The pavilion offers a perfect spot for relaxation and entertaining, and the dog run is thoughtfully designed, providing a safe and enjoyable space for our pets.

Overall, we highly recommend Giuseppe and Gappsi Inc for any renovation project. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work. I am thrilled with our newly renovated backyard and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

For my Eagle Scout service project I went to Gappsi to get a price for bricks I was going to use to build two fire rings at Bludenburgh Park. I was able to talk with Mr. Abbrancati and was shocked to hear that not only would gappsi donate all materials for the pits for free, but additionally have workers work with me and install the pits! After more communication with Mr. Abbrancati we scheduled dates for the installation and with the help of the workers, we were able to complete both pits in a few days! I have since been able to earn the Eagle Scout award and I am very grateful for all they did for me. I would highly recommend their service and will suggest them to other scouts who need materials for their eagle projects! Thank you Guiseppie and Luis for being so considerate and for working with me.
