Great thrift store and Berryville’s best kept secret. Customer service top notch. Been a shopper here for 6 years and I still seam to find more treasures for my home I could never have afforded to buy otherwise (fireplace mantel/candle holder). And all those dollars spent to help fur babies now that’s a deal!!

The customer service was sickening. John - who I encountered today, was very rude, among other things. I went in with my 7 yr old son after getting off work at 430 and picking my son up from daycare. We walked in at 437ish. Immediately he was rude and disrespectful in his tone and dimeanor. Told us - we close at 5! I knew we didn't have much time - I shopped around as fast as I could, I felt very rushed. I found one thing. It was only 450pm so I had till 5 - I thought. At 452pm he said - are u about done, I'm closing the register! I said - in just a few minutes. Your hours say your open till 5? The lady that was there was very nice. She said oh he's just cranky today. I then said - well, he probably shouldn't take it out on your customers. John then said - I've been here since 6am, I'm walking out those doors at 5! I was just so upset by then I put my one item down and said - nevermind. Me and my son left. It was literally 555pm when we left and the doors were locked! If your hours say your open till 5pm then might I suggest you actually stay open till then. If not then change your hours. Also, you might want to be careful of the volunteers you have in there. This person named JOHN was inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful, mean, and selfish. If he is that miserable being there - then why is he there? John made it a horrible experience. It makes it to where I don't even want to go back in there. I have never had a problem at any other location.

The staff was very nice. But we way way way too over price. They had $39 on a mote control car that you can go to Walmart and buy brand new for $20. They also wanted $45 for a lamp is that definitely seen its days. The nice to go cups they sell the same price as you can go and buy it at Walmart. Way too over price. Their recliners are over $100. And I just don't get the prices like everything is donated. Thrift stores used to be where people that couldn't afford to go buy stuff new would go. You might as well go buy everything new

Seriously would deduct stars if able.
This THRIFT stores prices are absolutely outrageous!
Found Several items way over New prices, even some $1 dollar tree items, they have $5 or more. Vacuum cleaner New $38@ Walmart-$50 here Used
EVERYTHING in this shop is way over priced. And don't say "it's for the shelter, that shelter hasn't had any updates in YEARS!.. yet there's new thrift store shops and New Trucks being bought.
If you want to spend thrift store money -DON'T shop here. Won't ever be back.

My grandma & I love shopping here for the good cause and neat finds. Semi-reasonable prices. A little of everything. Plus you are helping the local animal shelter. Every dollar counts ?

Was greeted when i walked in, they took credit cards. Must purchase $10, that's easy to do. Great selection of items plus helps the animals too.
I will take my future donations here from now on.s . Bonus is senior discount n Tyson employees. How cool is that shop n help these local dogs n cats.

I moved from California just last year and I was tickled pink to find a good, friendly thrift store. Example: this month through the end the month, special of $1. On anything you can wear. Needless to say, last week I found so many items for myself but other wonderful treasures. ? closed on Sundays but you can bet, your bottom dollar; I will see them early morning monday.
