Why would anyone ever purchase anything brand new when "One persons trash, may be another person's treasure" is all around us and offers something for everyone at any small town Goodwill Industries store! (Just remember to "pay it forward!") Nonetheless, some Goodwill stores have great stuff, others have okay to good stuff. This particular store would more closely resemble the latter. If I could give this location a zero I would. Customer service is not a priority at this location. So I decided to leave and as I am leaving the cashiers began to talk about me loud enough where I could hear them, my parting impression was the older gentleman saying "She ain't hurting my feelings" needless to say I will not be shopping there any more.

Jeez I went to their store after I called the day before that there were 2 items for $4.99 in my receipt and I didn’t buy $4.99 as I can remember. I counted my items the day before and I came up with only 15 items out of 16 items in the receipt. The lady I spoked with said they will have to look at the CCTV on that day and I don’t need to bring my purchases back to show them the items. Then, I went at their store today and found out that the other manager I spoked with yesterday is not there and I have to wait another day but that woman said she will call me in the morning which is today - Thursday. I told the lady in the store that these are my items I took photos of it yesterday and she said the Wii dvd game is really $4.99 and the old windows computer game is also $4.99 so, the two $4.99 are those games. I told her oh I thought it’s only $1.99 she said no. So, I went ahead to the dvd’s section and there was no $4.99 in the sign it only says $4.49 for Blueray and the other prices posted is 1.99 and .99 so I asked the manager again she said that the sign is not updated and that games I purchased were in their online site and they just started selling it in the store. If I’ve known it’s $4.99 I won’t buy. I could’ve find it in other stores that only sells for $1.99. But, we figured it out in the end that I have 16 items in the bag, because of that 1 item I forgot which is 0.99 I throw in the laundry room to wash because it was dirty - Travelon small packing organizer for charger or headset that is a net material. Overall, still not happy with the experience, the cashier would’ve told me - seems like cashier was put on timer.

Prices are too high for being a "thrift store". They need to change their name to "consignment shop". I can buy things at dirt cheap or off clearance racks for A LOT less and in better condition. I did like a dress and couldn't even try it on because all the dressing rooms were closed. I ended up leaving empty handed because of this. Then I watched the cashiers checking people out with gloves. Which is fine if you change them between every customer but that was not happening. Great way to spread germs between all your customers. 🤢🤢🤢

I am very disappointed with Goodwill these days. Standard glass bottles get priced at $5 each. A used wine cooler is priced at $150, when I can buy a brand new one for that much. Their furniture is also high priced for, need I remind you, being USED and FREE donations to them. And you know they're doing something wrong when you find donated in Dollar Tree items that were originally $1.25 getting priced at $2 or higher. Considering they get things donated in for free so it's 100% profit, the prices they put on things is horrendous.

I would HIGHLY recommend donating your things to other stores that price more reasonably, instead of price as high as they think they can get for it. I will probably be crossing Goodwill stores off my list of go to thrifting shops.

Most ridiculous experience I've ever had in a store. Staging a condo for pictures and needed a couple pieces of furniture that I could quickly re-finish/paint. I fine 2 taller wicker laundry baskets with lids. Grabbed them carried them around while I looked for a couple minutes, then went to checkout. As I'm waiting I'm looking for a price tag can't find the. . oh well I'll ask at the register, no big deal maybe they fell off while I was carrying around the store not an issue I'm just going to buy them. I get to the registerand I'm told they can't sell it without a tag. Maybe somone in the store took the tag off so they can buy it, or go look and see if I find a tag laying on the floor. So I go and look, cannot find tag but I am carrying the baskets around the store asking if anyone was planning on buying them. That still wasn't good enough. They told me they won't sell anything without a tag I have to wait until they retagnit the next morning. I explained I'm here right now willing to buy them please and was REFUSED by several employees !! Like seriously Goodwill your entire job is to sell used goods, and they let me know they didn't care if I was ready to buy they weren't selling it to me. This was not one employee it was 5. 5 employees and none of them said she's here right now, let's just sell them... UNBELIEVABLE ... I asked everyone in the store if they were going to buy them and that wasn't good enough. Way to go Goodwill, you literally did the exact opposite of what your ENTIRE purpose is!!! The audacity to refuse to sell DONATED ITEMS is SHOCKING. I didn't haggle or even tell you what I wanted to pay. I said I want them, I'll buy them now just ring it up..... WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE!!

I agree with a previous comment stating that some of the items are overly priced for donated goods. I was searching for different "whatnots" etc. It was a candle set holder that they priced individually. The prices: $3.49, $3.69 (same size but on two different isle), and the smaller one for $2.91. It was very obvious it was a set, why not sell it as a set. The store was neat and free of clutter. Some of the items had missing pieces and they still wanted an average of $4.79 for small decorative items. The cashiers were nice, they greet you upon entrance. I visited two different locations and I can honestly say that I won't go back nor will I donate to their agency.
