This is no Ritz-Carlton, but for the price, it delivers good value for the money - especially if you just need it for a good night's sleep.

They do charge $14 per night for parking. I was a little let down that this was not mentioned when I made the booking. Still good value.

My flight landed at 11am and they were kind enough to let me check in early for no additional cost at noon (I did let them know a month in advance). Even sent a free shuttle to pick me up from the airport (literally 3 min away).

Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean. View isn't great, but they do have blackout curtains and soundproofing is pretty good. Staircase was super sketchy.

Pool is nice and they do have a decent restaurtant and bar - although I think their menu is way overpriced. They have some basic convenience items you can purchase at the hotel. There are some stores and a Safeway that's "walking distance" away, but its better if you have a car.

This hotel was a great deal. Price is right, location good. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, comfortable mattress, plenty of options on the TV.
They had wooden blinds. I would have preferred black out curtains. The shower was incredible! Hot, lots of pressure and the shower head was adjustable.
Outlets were lacking for plugging in lots of electronics. Frig was cold. The freezer worked too. Great deal!

Easy to get to and rooms were clean, but hidden fees. To get meat at the breakfast buffet you have to pay an extra $3. They want you to pay $12 per night for parking, but will waive it if you park across the street. (I wasn't there for the airport or airport parking.) Staff was kind, though. Also... my room wasn't cleaned at all during my 2 night stay.

Besides the sticky ring on the nightstand, the room was clean. But the air was musty and the pillows were square, not rectangular, and turns out that makes a big difference.

Our biggest regret is choosing this place for the price. It feels deceitful to list it in such a way that makes it cheaper than other places, but then charge for parking. Seriously. They charge in the two digits for parking!

We actually changed hotels our second night and went to one across the street. For the same price we slept and even breathed much better.

If you're interested in the amenities maybe paying that surprise fee is worth it to you. But if you're just looking for a shower and good night's rest (even a pool and breakfast), choose another one.

I wouldn't stay again , nor recommend. You pay extra for a view but they DO NOT guantee that you will get a view. They charge you a lot for parking. They don't tell you that when you call or check in, it's very sneaky. The 1st floor is NOT a 1st floor. No elevator, you need to climb stairs. I witnessed a woman check in with a dolly full of items and a dog crate with her dog. She had a child and elderly parent. They checked her in and didnt even tell her she had to lug all that stuff up the stairs. She was shocked. They didn't even offer to help her. There is no breakfast or coffee available. You need to order from their restaurant or go somewhere else. One night my cars battery had died. I called AAA. When the tow truck came, this guy came out of the hotel, I think he was security but no uniform or ID. He started yelling at me because I didn't tell the front desk that AAA was coming. I was never told that if AAA came that I had to inform the front desk. The guy finally stopped scolding me thanks to the tow truck guy. When I checked out my bill indicated different prices than what were advertised on Hotels.com. The days averaged out but this was very misleading on the website to advertize one price then charge another. The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star was because the location is convenient. When I travel through again, I will not be staying here again. This place made me feel very uncomfortable.

The room itself was fine, if a bit rundown in the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable (I like a soft mattress). My main issue was having to pay $14 just to park my car there. I would understand if I were using it as airport parking, but I was just a guest visiting the Monument. It would have been nice if they'd also offered some sort of breakfast, but I wasn't interested in a $14 buffet.

Extra 10 dollars per guest even in big bedroom. Extra 14 for parking. 20 for breakfast. Better than a motel 6 or a super 8 but not by much. One outlet, joining room has a flimsy lock. The shampoo was in a bag and no conditioner or lotion. For somewhere that charges extras for basic amenities that on any other booking website say are included for free, you'd think it would be updated and a lot nicer. Staff was kind and helpful. Walls are super thin. Ac ran but made weird noises. Walls are bubbled. Bathroom is old looking but for just a place to stay its alright. I've been in worse and better so 🙃

The hotel rooms are clean and the people at the front desk are very friendly. There are a few problems with the hotel which made me give it four stars out of five. The parking situation is not the best and it definitely needs more lighting for nighttime. The heating air conditioning unit is very difficult to operate. |On the other hand, the beds are comfortable, although the pillows are very small. Basically it’s a good hotel and it does the job for you.
