Bruce and his crew did a phenomenal job on short notice to take down a huge maple tree in my front yard. He is always available for us and we have used him in the past for several decades. We wouldn’t call anyone else have always found both Bruce, his son Alex, and their crews to be very professional. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Had two huge trees taken down
One was over my shed, which wasn't going to be a challenge. The other had 3 trunks. One over our neighbors fence and the other two. They took these down with ease. Stump grinding was done the day after, they also flattened out the hump. Will call again for the several other trees when I get to it

Service was so quick - they were in and out of my yard in just a few hours one morning. They showed up and worked on my yard as well as my neighbor's, nice and efficient, and the guys were all friendly and professional. They were ready to answer questions and seemed knowledgeable.

Bruce Graver was up front and honest that he had a lot of jobs to get to, and gave me a reasonable time frame for getting out to us (a coupla weeks).

Graver Tree Care came out to provide a quote within 48 hours of me calling them. We had about a dozen trees in different parts of the yard that I had concerns about. The quote broke down the cost each part of the project clearly so that I could make an informed decision about the work I wanted to prioritize and stay within budget.

I made the decision to go with Graver and they had a crew at our house a week later. Due to emergency storm work in other towns and dangerously high temperatures it wound up taking three days total for the work to be completed. They did an excellent job with the stump grinding and cleanup.

By comparison the other tree companies I called either failed to call me back for weeks, canceled their appointment to look at the property hours before arriving, or looked at the property but never got back to me with a quote. I get the sense that there is so much work right now that many of these companies aren't very concerned about turning potential customers off with bad service.

To sum it up, Graver Tree Care was prompt and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Highly recommend Graver Tree Care. Requested a quote for services online, connected via phone the next day, and a crew came out the following day to perform services. The Graver team was professional, very efficient, and performed all the work on the quote quickly and accurately. Bruce was so friendly and really cared about our needs. Excellent service!!! Bruce returned my call immediately, went and look at my mom's tree that fell on her home. Bruce called me back with an estimate and dropped off the estimate at my home. This was a on a Sat. Bruce and his crew were at my moms home Monday AM bright and early. Bruce and his crew completed the job in 2 hours. 5 stars for me. Mom and I were extremely happy with Gravers tree service. Would definitely use them again!!
