I ordered a 4th of July cake from the cake menu and it was to be just like the picture. It wasn’t so I called to talk with a manager. The girl who answered was very rude and said the manager leaves by 3 and she’d have her call me. Still waiting on call and the employee said she wouldn’t do anything about it. Will not return to this location

Came in kinda late (about a half hour to close) with family from out of town and everybody was still really nice and served us well! Place was really clean. Everybody enjoyed their ice cream.

Awesome place, the 2 workers let me and my little guy look until we decided without rushing up. Bathroom was very clean also.

When I was placing my order the lady was very abrasive about me wanting an airplane on our cookie cake. We agreed it could be a simple cartoonish airplane but that is not what I ended up with. I was very disappointed but running late to the bday party.

Wasn't able to order a cookie cake at Galleria location, so I tried this location. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming - she was able to get me exactly what I wanted! I will ALWAYS use this location from now on. Seems as if all the staff are so nice too!
