We had my daughter’s Bridal Shower here today and everything was perfect. The Banquet Manager, Debra worked with me from start to finish. She made the process extremely easy and kept me informed throughout. The day of, she kept everything flowing nicely and had the food come out with perfect timing, nice and hot. All of the food was delicious. We also had our own bartender who made excellent drinks! The room is very pretty and Debra had nice music playing in the background. We had waitstaff who were attentive and cleaned up dishes and glasses frequently so the tables stayed neat and clean. I would love to have another function here in the future.

First we were literally seated next to an open storage area. Only ordered burgers (no pink) and waited over an hour to get only to be all pink. I never send food back but had no choice this time. I was told she would get me a "new" one only be be handed back the same burger that was thrown back on the grill for a few minutes. Eating cheap here still cost $150. It could be way way higher. 5 dumplings for $12 as an appetizer. Fries were bad. Simon and rice was nothing special. Waitress never came back until everything was eaten and I was ready to go. In short, bad food, over priced, bad atmosphere, horrible customer service. This is supposed to be a high quality restaurant in this area. Are people being fooled because they don't know what high quality should be or is there just no other options around here.

We went for a steak dinner. My ribeye was the low point of the meal, not trimmed well, not marbled like a choice cut. The service was very good, friendly and prompt. The section of the room we were in was uncomfortably cold. Some of the patrons kept their coats on. The best part was the artichoke dip, very creamy. We tried Grill 37, not great. Three star food at four star prices.

I attended Grill 37 for the first time on 9/19/24 to celebrate my mother's birthday. Incredibly relaxed atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, as well as delectable and very satisfying food. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy an amazing meal. Well worth the price.

Last night we had the most delightful dinner with good friends. The pumpkin, kale penne was very flavorful. Shout out to our server, Jenny! She is a shining star and exemplifies exceptional customer service!! All servers should be as attentive, informative and cordial as she is.

Enjoyed a nearly perfect dining experience here. Every bite from the appetizers of sea cakes & french onion soup to our entrees of pork & filet mignon were exquisite. Our server Jenny was bubbly and attentive. Sadly I didn't take any pictures, the food looked too good to even think about my phone!
