I'm a retired airline pilot and in the course of a 29 year career stayed in thousands of hotels. This has to be one of the worst. It started when we got into the room and the lights didn't work. Purely by accident I found a receptacle by the door where you had to insert one of your key cards to activate the electrical system in the room. We were not informed about this when we checked in. Except for the coffee maker the room was devoid of instructions. The telephone has a digital clock which was 8 hours off and no way to reset the time. There was a device on the nightstand called Ultimate Ears and no clue as to what it was or how to use it. The security safe for my laptop would not accept the random 4 number code it was supposed to. A young lady from the staff came up and changed the batteries but it still would not accept any code except the test code of 1, 2,, 3, 4 pound sign. The TV had 50 channels and no TV guide, either a physical one or on screen. ||The worst was the issue with the thermostat. The room was cold and the thermostat would not go above 78 degrees. Even at that setting the room felt like 68 degrees. We had to sleep wearing the provided robes to counter the cold room. I reported it the next day and it was fixed while we were out. It occured to me in retrospect that the thermostat might have been turned off. We had originally been given room 315 which was the farthest room from the elevator and my wife has mobility issues so we requested a room change. They gave us room 201 close to the elevator. If in fact the thermostat was off the staff should have seen to its being reinstated. In either event, the thermostat being inoperative or intentionally turned off the entire situation was a classic case of mismanagement. The staff, while being a helpful as they could, was obviously not trained as they should have been, management putting profit above the needs of the clientele.||There were other issues like the toilet paper so thin you could see through it, The 200 dollar Christmas dinner at their Spoonbar restaurant was mediocre at best and worth about half that. They ran out of Eggnog at 5:30 pm. On Christmas Day no less. If you wanted a second cup of coffee in the morning forget about it as they only provided two pods. All of this is attributable to poor management which I have a lot of experience with. The staff were helpful as they could be but not properly trained. |There is no way I would ever stay at this hotel again and if anyone seeks my advice as to where to stay in Healdsburg I will tell them to avoid this place. I'm giving it two stars because the staff tried as hard as they could.

Stayed for one night. No receptionist or valet service when arrived. Was told by serving staff at Spoon Bar someone will be with me soon. Service was very slow. It seems the hotel staff serve two hotels. For the price, I did not expect to wait such a long time to get checked in. Staff, when they arrived, were polite and helpful. Senior management need to prioritize customers not their margins.

I wasn't going to write a review, as the hotel has it's own review process. However, I was unable to submit my review to the company, because I ticked on the 'not willing to recommend' box. It is a mandatory box and while I did signal on the range it seems it wasn't a good enough rating for the company to accept the review - it won't submit (see jpg attached).

We had an excellent two night stay. The room was very clean and feather free as we had requested.||The arranged visit to Overshine Winery was excellent and informative. We'll definitely return next year.

Great suite room. Comfortable bed. Could provide blanket r/t duvet. Very good lighting. Huge bathroom. Nice to have a second smaller bath. Small bar convenient. Great food. Menu could be a little more varied. Very helpful staff.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's a smaller hotel with a very modern yet warm look and feel. The staff and service are wonderful. Our room was amazing with two balconies and 1 1/2 bathrooms! We loved using the pool during the hot afternoons then having a cocktail in the Spoonbar.

We were in Healdsburg to visit a college friend whom we hadn't seen for 38 years. We thoroughly enjoyed the town and especially the Hotel H2. The H2 is a delightful, small hotel that is very comfortable. We especially appreciated it's eco focus. Healdsburg has many great restaurants, including the Spoon Bar at H2. Would love to return!

Ideal im Zentrum von Healdsburg gelegen mit mehreren Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern und haben kleine Balkone. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet ein Standardangebot. Parken ist etwas schwierig, aber es wird ein Valetservice angeboten. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keinen Zentralschalter für Strom und die Steckdosen sind überall da wo man sie nicht braucht.
