I live in St. Johns County. I visit several of the Hagan stores near my house and work. I was talking to Mike on San Jose and he was telling me about the location in Callahan and hyping it up. Wow! His description was good but this place is awesome. Every department is just super sized. The lawn and garden section is amazing. They've got everything. And then...the drive through lumber shop. Holy moly! What a trophy location. It is too far for me to visit often but I am certain I will return. But, I will say, the Hagan family does a great job at hiring and training great folks across the board. I appreciate the way they treat their customers.

Wow what a building 😍

I just love our new Hagen Ace Hardware! My hubby and I found everything we needed and more! The plants are gorgeous and ridiculously affordable! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect for DIY projects! We're so glad we found our new go-to hardware store!

We choose Ace for their excellent service when picking out Lumber for our Chicken Coop. Drove my Truck with trailer in the drive through Lumber yard and they loaded everything for us. The attention to detail was spot on. The Crew in the Lumber Yard did a great job.

I drive from Jacksonville to shop at this location because the store is extra clean and organized, but most importantly the SERVICE is phenomenal. You can actually find someone to help you, in fact, they walk around to check on you! Yesterday, I was struggling with some big clay pots, Kylie, came out of no where to load them in my cart, escorted me to check out to make sure the cashier had the correct UPC code she needed (saved me and the cashier time that would have been wasted if the cashier had to walk back for a price check). I was already elated at this point, then she loaded all my plants and all 3 pots in my car with boxes she grabbed to keep plants from rolling over. Not a speck of dirt or a broken pot when I arrived home. I saved $$$ and had a stellar experience. I LOVE this ACE HARDWARE location (and Kylie).

I’ve always had great experiences at All Hagan Ace Hardware‘s until the Callahan store. I went to buy some screws. I ended up buying a firearm. It took them eight days to figure out how to process so that I could leave with the firearm the turnover at the gun counter is horrible. I will not come back to the Callahan Hagan Ace Hardware Will go to other Hagan aces, but the Callahan store hasn’t gotten it figured out down check down check down check

Customer service was great!!!! I'm so mad I didn't go on the other side for home goods when I say I was too excited. I thought their gardening area would be so much bigger but it's cool I enjoyed watching butterflies fly. Came what I needed got to going 😂
