Employees are INCREDIBLY RUDE! My friend needed to use the restroom and the man at the front gave him permission to use the employee bathroom. as we approached and tried to open the door a girl who resembled oscar from sesame street slings the door open and screams EXCUSE ME!!! we explained that we had permission to be using this bathroom and she continued to have the most awful attitude with us. we were going to make some purchases for our halloween party but we’ve decided to take our business to spirit halloween. do the world a favor and take off that black lipstick

Terrible place. Rude staff and had to get manager. Everything in store is broken. I bought the jumping spider and it's missing stuff. Clown shoes are cracked. Walmart sold most of the stuff for $20-30 and they charged $50 here. Overpriced. Don't waste your money here!!!

terrible, half the items were broken.. the system kept locking up on checkout. they had three anamatronics on display.. one was broken and the place was put up so poorly.. you would think they would at least try to make it look good.

Decent variety. Could be more, maybe later in the month before Halloween gets here. Pricing pretty high also.

Product rang up at the wrong price. Had to wait 10 min for manager to override as they were short staffed. Did not have enough choices and some were quite expensive.

Omg I love this place!!! Seen the tricycle and doll from Saw!!! I gotta have it!!! Update!!!! I got it!!!! Now I want one of everything!!! Lol Absolutely love this place!!!

Good place if you are an amateur on decorating for Halloween, I've been decorating for over 30 years. This isn't the place for advance Halloween decorators.

Arrived at 8:00pm, sign posted clearly states they are open till 9pm on Saturdays, doors were already locked.
