106 Mediterranean Way Indian Harbour Beach, FL, United States. This place was beyond our expectations. At first, I was a little concerned as there was only one review and sometimes the pictures make it look better than it is but in this case I don’t feel the pictures did it justice! The entire townhome is absolute perfection! The beds are very comfortable the kitchen has everything plus whatever you would ever need. The patio was absolutely gorgeous. The game room was perfect with the pool table, dartboard, couches and TV. The only negative I had was that I felt in the pictures it made it look like the pool was right outside the door when in actuality, you have to walk a bit to get to the pool as it is the one central pool for the whole development. I highly recommend this property without any hesitation.

Already missing our slice of paradise at 303 Chateau By the Sea. Exactly as advertised. Condo had all we needed and was very comfortable. Loved our south-facing balcony for sun all day. Pool was very warm and steps to the ocean, pier and volleyball courts. Very well kept grounds including the lovely grilling area and shuffleboard court. Rooftop patio was a nice bonus with 360 views, perfect spot to view the launches. Zareh and the staff were very responsive and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed in Canaveral Towers, on the 6th floor, last week and had an amazing stay. The space was clean, bright, and extremely well equipped. Plus, the view was amazing and the people who reside in the complex were so kind to us and our 3 kids. A wonderful time away!

My husband and I, along with our two daughters (ages 18 & 20) stayed at Chateau by the Sea #307 from Wed Aug 7 - Tues Aug 13, 2024
Th building is in a perfect location near the pier and was very clean and well maintained. I was surprised at how quiet the building was despite many people staying there. The pool was exceptionally clean. The rooftop deck had amazing views. The grilling area was great to have. The interior of the condo had an ideal setup and was extremely clean and comfortable with cold AC. The condo was well equipped with all the little things needed (kitchen supplies, beach supplies, shampoo conditioner, body wash etc.) The washer and dryer was a great amenity. I loved that the condo has surfboards, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. They were essential in enjoying our beach time. The beach in front of the condo was clean and perfect for family time. It is an easy drive to Orlando from the condo if you want to go there. We enjoyed dinner at Fish Lips while watching the cruise ships leave port. We saw lots of crabs, a dolphin, a baby sea turtle, and geckos. This was one of the nicer condos we have stayed at. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The welcome and hospitality from management was the best. We will definitely be back! 5 stars!

Our stay on Formosa Drive was amazing! This house was exactly as advertised. It was beautifully decorated, super clean and incredibly spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bikes and beach chairs were a great amenity. The appliances and fixtures were all new. The location was convenient and a short walk to the beach and to the 4th Street Filling Station Gastropub (delicious food). We watched the satellite launch during our stay. Great communication from host! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely will stay here again if we come back to visit. Our condo was very clean & we had everything available for a beach stay. Our view from our room was so beautiful! The owner was so accommodating and kept in touch with us so well. Definitely rent this place if you come to the area.

We had an amazing stay. A week before our stay we received an email with all our check-in information and our door code was programmed with easy to remember numbers which made remembering so carefree and easy for us. When we arrived our room was spotless with crisp white liens on our bed, and plenty of toiletries to start our stay of seamless. The room included everything we needed and even had a keurig for our use. The beach is steps away and the pool was very clean and relaxing following busy days of seeing area attractions. The air stayed cool and the water was extra hot and allowed for relaxing baths at the end of our evenings following watching the sunset on the balcony. We would most definitely stay again in the future. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.
