Met with Jen after entering the building, she along with the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. I travel around the US and make it a point to stop at as many HD Dealerships I can. The Dealership was clean and set up great! I would recommend stopping by and meeting the entire staff if you have time. An overall great experience, grade A+.

Upon my arrival at Hartford Harley Davidson, I was greeted at the door by Kristen. She was very friendly and told me about a contest that she was promoting. Kristen assisted me with the details of entering the contest. After completing my entry, I made my way over to motor clothes. There I met Jen. She was also friendly and helpful with recording my visit into the Tour card log. After leaving motor clothes, I spent some time browsing the inventory and new Harley’s. My experience at Hartford Harley Davidson was very enjoyable and I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Greeted at the door by friendly salesman that asked how he could help and promptly escorted me to the Friendliest sales lady, Super Jo! She was great! She showed me what I asked to see, left me alone to make my decision and then carried on an hour long conversation about anything and everything! It was the best visit to a Harley shop I’ve ever had!

What an absolutely amazing experience buying our 2024 CVO Road Glide. My very first inquiry was met by a prompt response from Kristin who invited me to look at the bike. I arrived with no appointment and met with Carmine because Kristin was off. Carmine showed me the bike with zero pressure to move forward. I look at that as a huge plus. Not a fan of pressure tactics. We ended up leaving to soak it in and discuss. The next day I applied for Credit online and everything went so smooth from there. Closed on the bike today with Phil and Kristin, both very professional and knowledgeable. Others that played a huge part in our purchase were Scott, Nicki, Jen, Marco and Chrissy! Top notch experience. Thank you all
