Will NEVER go back here again. I called for an appointment this morning for a work related injury with my doctor. The nurse told me to come in at 11:15. She did not tell me I could not be seen if it was work related. She also did not tell me that I needed to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I arrived exactly at 11:15 stood in line for a minute waiting for the patient in front of me to finish with the receptionist. Putting me at 11:16 a minute late for my appointment and they wouldn't see me!! I am in excruciating pain, it was difficult to drive there in the first place. When I yelled at them and told them this was unacceptable. They threatened to call security I did not curse Or break their new social policy. All I did was raise my voice and tell them it was their people that told me what to do and That I absolutely needed to be seen because they weren't going to waste my time coming there. I will never use a Hartford healthcare facility on the Eastern side of Connecticut ever again!! This is the third HHC facility I've been to that treats all their patients horribly! They keep you waiting Then have the nerve to cancel your appointment. Highly disappointing that this is the third facility. I have to report to their patient care services and my insurance company.

Varshitha Thanikonda is by far the worst doctor I have experienced. Cancels appointments last minute, unfamiliar with basic health knowledge, horrible time management, etc. She created a whole lie so she did not have to treat me. I feel bad for those who have her as a doctor, stay away from her.

I went to the facility here. Not only was I given improper treatment, but they also had the audacity to send a bill. You can get your money from the feds because I am a 100% disabled veteran injured in service to your freedom and the United States Constitution. I should be able to walk into any hospital in Connecticut and get treated with respect and treated professionally without further endangering my health than sending a bill. No worries, though. I have retained council and will most certainly be suing you C%$ts for all you are worth. Happy hunger games, you unprofessional idiots because my lawyers wear Channel and work on State Street in Boston. Because of this facility and your quak, I got sicker and almost died. Hope your insurance is paid. Move from Connecticut immediately! They can't do health care, they can't keep the power on, and they don't have the technical skill. Oh, and I told your bill collector the same. See you disgraceful people in Court. Die at home, folks, the corenor is always cheaper, and the results are the same. Down with Hartford Health care and long live the revolution. Eat the rich

I took my dad and we got in right away. The only problem I had was one nurse. She had no compassion what so ever. When you are dealing with sick people old or young they are there for a reason and just want to feel better. Giving the attention and care they need are a part of what a nurse does. If you can't show them the compassion they need they you aren't doing your job very well.

I had an MRI done there. The girl that ran the test(wish I would of caught her name, dark hair) helped me get thru it as the med I took to relax hadn't worked yet. Very patient and kind.

Very bad hospital in Plainfield, CT I came with my wife for an emergency she had a kidney stone since my wife doesn’t drive so I have to take her to an emergency the security, nurse and every one was very rude they made me seat in my car in this cold weather instead of seating in the waiting room and also my wife hardly speak English so I requested them to go inside with my wife since she hardly speak English they won’t even let me inn please go to your primary doctor never ever go to this emergency hospital in Plainfield, CT near railroad avenue and Canterbury road thank you.
