INTIMATE.... JAZZY STYLE!

I have only been on the music / bar side of Heidi's but every time I've been here I've had a great experience. Table seating IS close and intimate. I've never seen any issues with the wait staff attending to the guests. I noticed it is the same crew working here so they must know what they are doing... it feels like it's a leveled up experience when I come here to listen to some music... I enjoy the cool vibe atmosphere... accoutics great.. anything I've ever ordered has been scrumptious. And of course, the music is just phenomenal!

Date night with my wife, truly great food. Our highlights were the Baked Brie appetizer, Oktoberfest platter and apple strudel for dessert. Joe was an amazing server, very cool to dine at a spot where most of the staff has worked together for 25+ years!

Second visit in 20 years and we’re still not impressed. We went to see a New Orleans jazz band which was good. Then, after buying the tickets, there is a 2 item per person minimum. (I just don’t like that) so we each ordered a couple drinks. It seemed like service was slow, but the drinks were fine. We also ordered a “Baked Brie”. The breading was good, but the cheese was really bland and there was very little to put the brie on. We were seated at a tiny high top table with 2 other guests who ordered dinner. The table suddenly got real small. But luckily, their dinners got bread for the table which they offered to us for our brie. It was a pleasant night out with pretty good music but there are so many other places to spend our money, we won’t be back.

First- good was delicious and the club itself is a wonderful performance space.

But service was lacking.

The seats are close, so be prepared to share. This did not impact my server or my overall score.

If you only offer bottled still water that costs extra, we should have been told.

If my first server gets replaced… tell me when you show up.

The show was 90 minutes- don’t rush us to order and then Quickly pull the food while we are still eating.

When your customer is crying… give them a minute.

My server approached me while I was crying at an emotional show moment to tell me someone bought my table and if they showed up I needed to move. I had moved there after my neighbor spilled wine in my seat and the performer constantly asked for people to move closer. I had no issues paying for the upgraded seat if that is what was needed, but I had been there for over 30 minutes and at this point the show was almost done by the time I was approached. her method was unnecessary and cruel. If you waited 30 minutes to engage with me… why not wait until I stop sobbing?

I had to hunt her down for my bill at the end of the night and of course I paid for my upgraded seats.

What an amazing place! We had dinner here after our beach wedding! We felt like VIPs! Had dishes that we had never heard of and we were completely amazed!! Steak was the best steak we had ever eaten, melt In your mouth 😋 Steve our server was magnificent and Victoria the manager helped make the evening unforgettable. Got to enjoy a little piece of New Orleans jazz in the club after dinner. The perfect way to end such a joyous day!! This is a MUST visit if you are in Cocoa Beach!
