First time going was great. Second time things were priced at discount price than had to fight for them to sell something that was priced on the item. This time went in seen a portable AC that was priced for $14 because it had a missing hose supposedly Manager went back trying to find it came back told me that they don’t want to sell it without the hose for $14. She’ll go no lower than 75 this place is ridiculous. Third time going will not be going no more They do not honor the prices that they put on the sticker.

Wish I could give -5 stars. Over priced and mean. I asked for a price on some thing that had no tag. Figured MAYBE 25$ because it was damaged. Rude staff said $75 and I pointed out the damage they shrugged I left. Worst thrift store ever.

Prices are delusional. 10 year old 15" insignia TV was on SALE for $100. Whole store was like that. Some stuff would be cheaper to go to the stores they came from and buy new. Not sure where they are getting their prices from but they need to come back to this planet.

Outrageously over priced! I could not believe it! Also say hello to your customers when they walk in so they feel welcome! No one even looked at me!

The prices are rather high for a thrift store. Also had lots of new items and not a whole lot of thrifted things.

This used to be my go to place. Now with the new administration the prices are ridiculously high for a thrift store

With the new management clothing seems to be gone through better you don't tend to find so many that are stained torn & missing buttons Etc.... fair prices although the items that are on consignment are considerably overpriced which is not the store's fault ( individual seller's sets the price.) The people who work there are very pleasant and helpful and it doesn't take 10 minutes to try to find where they're hiding . problems I seem to find in some thrift shops with the owners have long lost their enthusiasm & pleasantry of being a small business owner and dealing with customers.

I was told to bring my donations in. Arrived between hours stated. No one could help me lift items. No belp. One woman there said she couldn't leave store to help me, but she was walking around outside on phone. I asked for something to unload onto, and was told they have nothing. I drove 50 minutes out of my way. No problem. I made a donation pickup arrangement and was contacted back they wouldn't be able to pick up my items. Nice items. Including some smaller very new furniture. Save yourself the hassle. Donate next door to Divine Providence. Or better yet, Salvation Army, Brother's keeper or Humane Society. Do not waste your time. Donate and shop ANYWHERE BESIDES HELPING HANDS!
