Thank you guys for being so wonderful ! We hosted my son’s 13th birthday here. From the owners to all the staff everyone was so sweet and welcoming. They made everything easy for us to have the party there and had the setup completed perfectly. The kids had a wonderful time . My son was ecstatic! Our party host was Mathew. I cant rave about him enough. He is super personable, knowledgeable and his customer service skills are amazing. We met him the day we went to go check out the location and he gave us a full walk through. He sold us on the place ! Great job Mathew keep up the great work . To the owners thank you for having such a great spot . We will definitely be coming back .

This was our first time here with my son and his friends for his 15th birthday. This was a perfect place to get big teens out of the house and playing outside we all had a blast we will definitely come again

Staff were all super nice and welcoming. They were able to accommodate us for my son’s 17th birthday party last minute. It’s def a lil hidden gem. While my son and his friends enjoyed laser tag outdoors, my toddler enjoyed the swing on back deck. Nice outside too!

We had an amazing time at Heroes Paradise. We booked as a team bonding event for a 12U hockey club. I worked directly with the owner Julie on all the details, and everything went off without a hitch. Grateful this place is in our community!

My family came here last night with some of our friends in town and we had an incredible experience! The workers were very nice and super welcoming. I can honestly say and so many of our friends said the same thing: this is the best laser tag experience we have ever had. The arenas were extremely detailed and incredibly fun to play on. The laser tag guns had scopes with dots in the middle that were incredibly helpful for long range. The precision and aim on the guns were very accurate and were easy to use. Everyone had a blast. Looking forward to coming back again!

Top Notch! Our kids had an excellent time, but most importantly their customer service was top tier! From scheduling, payments, during the event, and follow up after. Good Customer Service is hard to come by but they made it look easy. Our party of 23 was for 13 year old boys - No problem for Heroes Paradise!

I had my son 14 year Birthday party there with all his friends . Abby and Jeremy were our host. Very friendly and helpful in taking care of the kids. Pizza n chicken finger were great. Place was clean and organized crew. Everything was amazing. Thank You Heroes Paradise fun place.

Incredible facility and even better staff! Abby, Eliana, and Matthew played with us since there wasn’t anyone else registered for our time slot. We had such a blast celebrating our anniversary. Instead of canceling they let us have an evening to remember. Thank you Julie and team for making it such a fun one! Will definitely be visiting Heros Paradise again, and highly recommend for anyone looking for fun time. Would be a great venue for any parties, Team outings or celebrations
