"I recently stayed at the Hilton Daytona Beach and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There was a lack of explanation regarding the additional $40 charges on top of the room rate, which was unexpected. Guests should be aware of this extra charge before booking. Additionally, there was no access to drinking water on our floor, which made our stay uncomfortable. While the view and the infrastructure were impressive, the service left much to be desired. I hope future guests have a better experience."

Staying here for a conference and do not recommend it. Hotel is humid, literally every surface is damp due to issues with the A/C. Breeding ground for mold and mildew. When I got to my room, all the mirrors and windows were fogged over because of how damp it is. Multiple elevators are broken so it's a long wait to get to and from your room. The TV in my room didn't work and the rooms are barely furnished. It's beyond the minimalism that other hotels have gone to post COVID. No coffee maker or coffee. Sink doesn't drain. And all the carpets in the rooms and conference centers are horribly stained. Hotel is 10 years overdue for a remodel. Not at all up to Hilton standards. Also, don't expect to be able to go to the beach because beach access is closed since the storms have washed away all the beach and the waves now crash into the seawall/sidewalk in front of the hotel. Parking is either $40 valet or $30 self parking 2 blocks away in an unsecured, dark lot that had multiple damaged cars, a knocked down fence, and non-hotel guest loitering and drinking.

We just spent over $1,000 for a room at this hotel. The table is broken there are holes in the couch and the windows were filthy. We had to clean them ourselves. Visible handprints on the walls and empty soda bottles behind the bed. I've often loved coming to Daytona but I will never stay here again. Mary M. Cocoa Beach

I went to spend the night on the 7/22 view was nice but I'm wasn't happy about the self parking because it wasn't explained correctly over the phone. When I got to my room everything was good but bathroom door was so stiff I couldn't close the door correctly u had to force it to close. Also that same night downstairs in the lobby was leaking from roof and there was no wet sign on the floor. But waking up the 7/23 I woke up to a sunrise I would have never thought I would see

Staying here right now, room smells like wet dog, TV wasn’t working when we got here. Although, they were kind enough to replace the TV, the date is set to 2006, so the guide isn’t working and the settings to change the date/time are locked. The floor feels greasy and really stinks. Not to mention the mini fridges light flickers like a strobe party and it wasn’t even plugged in to cool when we arrived.

This place was amazing! My friend and I needed a vacation and booked with the Hilton because of the location and price. It was beyond expectations. Perfect location and the rooms are great. Even with the little thing they call a balcony, it was perfect. The sunrise was beautiful and you can just watch it from your bed. They have some covid restrictions and they handle it well. All employees wear masks and when you need anything you just call down and they'll bring it. The pool was great and clean. I'd definitely recommend this place. We'll be back! We're already planning it now!

Beautiful hotel perfectly located on Daytona Beach. Valet, digital check in and room/elevator entry, several dining options and a Starbucks centrally located inside of the hotel.
Walking distance to boardwalk, shopping, pier and beach. We went around Christmas and loved the decorations. The staff is welcoming, warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a delight to sleep with the balcony open.

I've previously left 5 star reviews for this hotel, times have changed. Water leaks, peeling paint, mold, mildew, broken tiles. The Sunday buffet used to be an event, now you get deep fryer bacon. The changes suck. I miss the Hilton I used to love
