Está en una zona donde puedes tener todo lo básico a la mano (gasolina, diferentes restaurantes y un Walmart) y eso fué muy útil para nuestro viaje.
La habitación tenía muchos canales de TV y wifi, punto positivo.

La maquina para hacer las llaves no funcionaba. Espere como 20 min para que me pudieran dar la llave de mi cuarto. Si no fuera porque era de noche y ya un poco tarde. Me hubiera ido a otro hotel

Filthy. Tile floor was sticky and turned my bare feet black. Super nasty sticky stuff under the nightstand lamp that looked like it had been there for quite some time. Bathroom had what looked like puke around the toilet and poorly installed wallpaper patch right at the toilet paper holder. Hair in the shower. Disgusting carpet, but they were having the carpets cleaned when I was there…not super convenient for people staying for several days, but it definitely needed to be done.
Staff was friendly, but cleaning crew needs to be retrained because it’s very obviously careless.
I had higher expectations for Hilton.

We checked in and from the outside things looked nice. Got to the room and the tile floors were very sticky. I finally couldn’t handle it any more. I took a hand towel and ran it under hot water. Used the hand towel to wipe the tile floor, which made the floor quite a bit less sticky. I then took the towel down to the front desk and explained why it was so filthy. The attendant at the desk acted offended and didn’t offer any apologies. The corners of the room were dirty. There was black mold in very visible spots in the shower. After all that we decided to skip the breakfast and headed out as quickly as possible. If the rooms and hallways, etc were that dirty it’s hard telling what breakfast would have been made of.

Room floor was dirty with crumbs, dirty towel on back of door, hand soap ran out after a couple of pumps, no shower curtain in room, bathroom floor was sticky. Gym AC did not work well. I can see why this hotel is rated low relative to other Holiday Inns.

Please choose to stay elsewhere if you expect to have enough towels for your room. We (4 of us) checked in for our 2 night stay late last night. There were only 2 towel sets in the room. My husband went to the front desk this morning to get 2 sets of towels and was told to check with housekeepers who would be making rounds. My son checked with the housekeepers who says we are running short and will get them to us soon. This is unacceptable.
