They have ruined a very expensive blouse of mine. There are numerous holes in it. They admitted it was all their fault, but have done nothing to make it right. It has been over a month since the blouse has been ruined. They did not even offer to refund the cleaning fee. The owner won’t speak or contact you. He just makes promises to you through his manager that he doesn’t keep.

I visited Hollywood cleaners on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, to have the two dresses attached PRESSED ONLY! I get there to pick up my order, and was told my total was a whopping $59.37!!!! The explanation when I asked why is because the dresses are formal. I’m not sure what their definition of formal is, but the dresses shown are NOT formal! Neither one of the dresses shown are appropriate for a black tie event, which would by definition to me be formal. These are regular dresses that are worn to work in a professional setting and to church! Dresses I wear to a black tie event look nothing like these two dresses. I guess because one dress has a broach, the person charging THOUGHT it was a formal dress. If that is the case, that person should get out more. Or better yet, learn the difference between what is considered formal and what is NOT! Needless to say, the two pair of pants that I was planning to put in the cleaners, I’ll rather invest in a steamer and press my own jeans. And I surely will not be patronizing this business any more!

Update: The owner reached out and corrected the problem. It appears there is a training opportunity for some of the staff. I appreciate his prompt attention to the matter and this makes me feel good as I resume my business here.

I will never use them again. I took a pair of jeans in for a zipper replacement ( needed a heavier zipper) on May 7. 2024 went back a week later and the same zipper was put back in the jeans. They assured me that they would have their seamstress to replace with a new zipper like asked. Went back May 23 for a 3rd time to pick them up and they had put a heavy hem in the leg of my jeans and refused to take the hem out and the zipper was never replaced as well. I will never use their services again.

Hollywood Cleaners is more than just a dry cleaning business, the owner and staff have beautiful, caring hearts. This mom messed up BIG time and they pulled through for me with a smile!!! I've never used any other dry cleaning service and will definitely never use anyone other than Hollywood! If you haven't tried them yet, I HIGHLY recommend them ? Thank you again Hollywood!

Great dry cleaning. All my clothes look great. Customer service is sketchy. I’m a VIP customer. When I use the drive thru option, employees seem to serve others who walk in after I was there. If I’m just dropping off, you should have a way to do that quickly.

I brought in 2 dresses, and they were ready in less than two days! They both look like new now—and one of them had many beads and sequins on it. Looked fabulous! I’m the one on the right, in the purple dress.

Hollywood cleaners is fast, efficient, and does a great job in all clothes. No cleaners is inexpensive, but it's worth it to keep clothes looking new. You save money by wearing what you have for much longer since they keep things looking fresh and new.

I visited Monroe location to pick up a pair of slacks. The employee was waiting on another customer when I entered and told me she would be with me in a minute. The other customer and employee were engaged in conversation. The customer had a huge pile of clothing she was sorting thru to decide which items she wanted to have laundered. She was clearly not ready to complete her transaction. They began discussing the weather and employee pulled up radar on her phone and they began to discuss the weather and I turned and walked out. I had nothing in my hand so clearly I was wanting to pick up an article of clothing. How rude and disrespectful that she didn't ask the other customer if it was ok to wait on me while she was sorting her clothing. This was VERY unprofessional. It was today April 16 around 12:30.
