Always a great selection of home items; from special seasonings to nice rugs. HomeGoods has always been the place to decorate your home and to get a nice decent present for any ocassion.
Some stores have better products/selection than others.

I purchased some $40 dog bowls here and needed to return them, and when I purchased the lady didn’t have a QR code so she typed it in. I couldn’t find my receipt, but had the tags for the bowls and everything ready to go. I didn’t think it would be a problem since TJ Maxx and Homegoods have looked my receipt up using my card number at other locations before. The girl at the counter was very sweet and said they didn’t have the large one in stock but could give me credit for it, then the manager, Shawn, came over and said they wouldn’t give me any credit for it because they didn’t have a scanner tag to use to look it up. I told her the girl typed it in, and I was just hoping for store credit, not even a refund. She said they wouldn’t do it, wouldn’t look up my card number, and that I’d have to try another store even though I already drove 45 minutes to get to this same store I bought it at. She wasn’t friendly or helpful. I will be sure to shop at a different home goods store going forward.

Loved it. It was my first visit to this new location. I live off 380 so I love NOT having to drive clear to Stonebriar to shop. I saw several things (wall mirror, bohemian foot stool, accent tables) I wanted, but showed great restraint in only purchasing what I was there to buy (bath towels). Well, I did get two new pumpkin pillows for my sofa. Plus the staff was very nice. It was a total score!

1 cashier. A line of people waiting to checkout. Manager and other employees oblivious walking around w clipboards. Please do better and reprioritize customers over restocking. How late to work

The customer service is really bad. Please be mindful of every tiny spot you see on your furniture, as manager told me they would have given discount if I would have mentioned while buying. The manager literally lied on my face about my purchase. I bought a recliner chair, I brought it back-home and realized that chair makes a clicking noise which is very annoying I carefully brought the chair back covered it in a sheet to be careful but the manger refused to exchange it saying oh it has a black spot on it we wouldn’t have sell it to you like that. The whole store’s furniture has spots in it and when I asked while buying someone told be it can be cleaned with a fabric cleaner. The lady made me keep the chair with the annoying noise and wasted my $500. This is the worst experience I have ever had for the exchange.
