I can’t praise this venue enough!! Liza and her team went over and beyond for me both before and during the wedding. They always responded quickly to any messages I sent and trust me there was a lot lol! I grow up in Plainfield and My grandparents lived in Moosup so we would pass this place multiple times a well growing up before it was the venue and the way Liza and her family/team fixed this building up left me and my family speechless, my grandmother couldn’t believe it was the same place. I also had the honor of working with Mia on the day of my wedding and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She calmed my nervous, helped us get the place ready, and had a beautiful smile the entire time! The night before when I saw her I asked if she could lock the door during the ceremony so no none would interrupt during and she was more then happy to too do so. During the day I had some people saying we couldn’t do that, I told Mia it’s fine don’t worry about locking it, and she looked at me and said she was going to lock it because she knew how important that was to me! I’m glad she was stronger then me and honored what I wanted when I was in a stressful situation! If your looking for a beautiful venue that’s inexpensive, and has the best staff, don’t skip on the Hope Lodge!! Thank you everyone for making our wedding so magical!

My husband and I had our beautiful wedding here Oct 7th, Hope Lodge was a perfect location for our guest coming from all over. We had plenty of room inside the venue. We were given a number of local vendors to pick from and were able to secure cake, and catering services from those lists. Liza and Susie were on point with communication on all levels, letting us know the layout of venue as well as where caterer could set up and good ideas for decorating. We appreciated it so much! The lodge is beautiful, bridal suite was huge and plenty of room for us to set up and get ready!

The Hope Lodge Venue is a great space to rent. I recently had a New Years Eve party here and the space was just what I needed. It was very affordable and spacious. The Belle Room, located on the lower level did not disappoint. I definitely recommend booking with them. Oh and if you’re looking for a wedding venue, They have the space for that too upstairs! Check them out. Very accommodating and easy to work with!

My wife and I just got married here and had the most wonderful experience. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They answered every question we had promptly and provided us with all of the information we needed.

The space is absolutely stunning and you can see all of the hard work that went into renovations. The chandelier was breathtaking and the bathrooms were clean and stocked. One of the great things about Hope Lodge is that they allow you to bring your own food which many venues don’t allow.

The value of this venue is incredible and choosing Hope Lodge allowed us to keep costs down while having the wedding of our dreams. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a gorgeous venue at a low cost.

Hope lodge is a preferred venue of ours that we enjoy doing events at! The venue is spacious with both upstairs and downstairs options plenty of parking two bars & the owners have really turned and continue to turn this place into a beautiful venue. They are a pleasure to work with their clients are always happy about the results from the events they throw I can’t say enough about this place! I’ve seen pictures of the before and it’s unrecognizable they continue to update and do more for their future and present clients and it’s a pleasure for us to do business with them & the clients! Many more events to come and we can’t wait

Had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters first birthday at Hope Lodge venue in the Bella Room. The space was the perfect size for what we needed and the booking/use of the space was easy because the owners were so great and communicative leading up to the event. Would highly recommend!

Hope Lodge venue is an interesting one because the surrounding town of Moosup is not especially nice, but when you walk into the building, Hope Lodge perfect room upstairs is just so elegant and beautiful. It was a perfect place to host the Great Hall themed party from Harry Potter, which was the theme for ours. Everything went fairly smoothly, and the management of Hope Lodge is kind and responsive via e-mail. The only gripe I have is that the venue requires you set up and break down in 15-minute windows before and after the party, respectively. This is obviously not nearly enough time to set up or break down. Thankfully, they were generous enough to afford me extra time in the beginning, but because no party occurred before ours. But if I were to caution one thing it's that, for an already expensive (but gorgeous) venue, you will have to plan to A) Do everything yourself, and B) Do it all within a 15-minute window, unless you are willing to pay for more time to use paid time as set-up time and incorporate it into your party. The room is incredible, but, because of its size, if you want to decorate in a way that is thorough, it's going to take 3-4 hours to complete. Be prepared to factor that into your budget, because the venue cannot guarantee they won't have a party just before yours... otherwise, I would certainly use the Hope Lodge again for another event.
