Rented this room for a night while I was waiting to get into the house I rented to be available. Sorry I didn't know about this hotel first. I liked this hotel much better than the house. Which was very nice and comfortable.
I intend to stay here again come May.

I am not one of those people that looks for complaints. Was it clean? Yes. Was the price decent? Yes. Free coffee and breakfast? Yes. Could we have done without the $10 parking fee? Yes. We are in October off peak beach travel season. If you are a light sleeper having a room near the elevator will definitely keep you up. The comfortable bed made up for the noise.

Husband and I stayed for 1 night and were very pleased. Check-in person was friendly and efficient, the room was clean, modern, and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean bathroom with good amenities. The hotel was very quiet, location is good, check out was fast and simple. We don't really eat much breakfast but enjoyed the good coffee, and would definitely stay here again.

Hello, Excellent service and accommodations all around! The staff, especially the front desk staff Impeccable service. We recently had a family gathering and 1 of our guests was arriving very late. The front desk staff made sure our later arrival guest had no problem checking in. She left a message for the next shift so there was no issue.
The location is perfect. Walk to downtown Bethany Beach, the boardwalk and the beach. If you don't like to walk the trolley goes by the hotel multiple times each day during the summer months (I'm not sure about the off season). There is also a great breakfast with excellent coffee. Water and coffee 24/7 in the lobby and breakfast room. Cookies every afternoon. Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful. It appears to have been newly renovated and the rooms are clean and spacious. They have tons of amenities. The pool is clean and the lounge chairs are nice-not rusted or ripped. They have an outdoor bathroom/shower area that is perfect after the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!

Hotel was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone or ever return myself.

To start off with the good,
Breakfast was step up nicely. They had a good variety of stuff.
They made fruit water in the middle of the day the one day which was nice after the beach.
Chair and umbrella vouchers were awesome for each day of your stay. But for some reason we only got two chairs with 4 people in the room (2 adults 2 kids)
We also got mini golf vouchers which was really cool for the kids! Also, you get a 10% off coupon for mickeys seafood next door which is also a great bonus. They had great crabs/ food!
They have a little stand at check in with drinks, ice cream, dog essentials which is nice!

Walk to the beach is not bad, less than 10 mins, but you have to walk around another resort (Sea Colony) in order to get to the beach access. Keep this in mind with little kids!

Now the ick things,
I was charged for trading alcoholic drinks for non alcoholic drinks and was not told about the charge at the time, we saw it on the bill after leaving the resort. This was resolved quickly when I put a call in, so that was absolutely great customer service!

I was told I would be charged a fee to clean the room when asked for a basic sweep/vacuum. We unfortunately got sand in the room and bathroom from bathing suits. So that was very irritating.

I think if you’re paying for your stay, charging a $25 per day to park in their own parking lot is absurd.

Pool sucked, not heated and very shallow.
My biggest complaint would have to be when we arrived, the room was definitely not deep cleaned or even basic vacuumed. Old food on the floor like cheerios. There were stains on the carpet. The room just felt dirty.

Everyone has different preferences on beds of course, but my husband and I personally have had better beds at other hotels. We thought the beds were awful.
